Polyurethane foam and methods of forming the same
A polyurethane foam may include an isocyanate polymer component and a polyol component. The polyol component may include a polyol having a molecular weight of at least about 500 kg/mol and not greater than about 6000 kg/mol. The polyurethane foam may have an elongation of at least about 500%. The polyurethane foam may further have a density of at least about 250 g/L and a tensile strength of not greater than about 1000 kPa.
ADHESIVE FILM
The present disclosure relates to an adhesive film, which includes: a photothermal conversion layer including a light absorbing agent and a pyrolytic resin; a first adhesive layer disposed on the photothermal conversion layer; a base film layer disposed on the first adhesive layer; and a second adhesive layer disposed on the base film layer, and the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer include a silicon-based adhesive. The adhesive film according to the present disclosure can simplify a process of processing a substrate, and can prevent a damage of the substrate and a circuit or an element formed on the substrate.
Adhesive tapes
Adhesive tapes include a plasticized polyvinyl chloride backing, a primer including an ethylene/carbon monoxide-containing terpolymer and a styrene-containing block copolymer and an epoxidized polymer, and an adhesive.
FIRE STOPPER
A fire stopper includes a fire extinguishing agent-containing layer and a resin substrate arranged in this order.
Dielectric film with pressure sensitive microcapsules of adhesion promoter
Embodiments are generally directed to dielectric film with pressure sensitive microcapsules of adhesion promoter. An embodiment of an apparatus includes a dielectric film, the dielectric film including a dielectric material layer; a layer of pressure sensitive microcapsules on a first side of the dielectric material layer, the microcapsules including an adhesion promoter; and a cover material on the layer of microcapsules. The pressure sensitive microcapsules are to rupture upon application of a certain rupture pressure.
Microstructured release liners for selective transfer of ink to film
Modified adhesive layers are prepared by contacting an adhesive layer to a modified microstructured release liner. The modified release liner has a release layer surface with a set of microstructured depressions and a discontinuous pattern of ink material located on the surface of the release layer. A portion of the discontinuous pattern of ink material overlaps with and is located within some of the depressions. The ink material comprises a non-adhesive but adhesively transferrable material, or an adhesive material. Upon removal of the adhesive from the release liner, the ink material transfers to the adhesive surface.
DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE TAPE AND METHOD OF MAKING AND DISASSEMBLING SAME
To provide a double-sided adhesive tape that achieves both high adhesive force and excellent easy disassembly properties. The double-sided adhesive tape includes a first adhesive layer; an intermediate layer provided on the first adhesive layer and containing a pigment and a binder resin; a film-like substrate stacked directly on the intermediate layer; and a second adhesive layer provided on the film-like substrate, in which the content of the pigment is from 1 to 85 wt % based on the total mass of the intermediate layer.
ADHESIVE FILM
The present invention relates to an adhesive film comprising an adhesive layer; a photothermal conversion layer containing a light absorber and a thermally decomposable resin; and an adhesive base film layer disposed between the adhesive layer and the photothermal conversion layer, wherein the adhesive base film layer contains a multifunctional epoxy resin, a binder resin, a curing agent, and a curing catalyst. The adhesive film according to the present invention may be able to simplify a processing process of a substrate, and prevent damage to the substrate and circuits or elements formed on the substrate.
ADHERABLE FILM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
An adherable film includes a substrate that is substantially free of a flame retardant material and has a top major surface and a bottom major surface. An adhesive layer disposed on the bottom major surface of the substrate has a continuous pattern. The adhesive layer is made of an adhesive that is substantially free of a flame retardant material. In a plan view, the continuous pattern defines a plurality of discontinuous non-adhesive portions of the substrate without the adhesive. Each discontinuous non-adhesive portion is completely surrounded by the continuous pattern. The adherable film including the adhesive layer having the continuous pattern exhibits an improved flame retarding characteristic relative to a discontinuous adherable film having a substrate with a same material composition as that of the substrate of the adherable film and a discontinuous adhesive layer with a same material composition as that of the adhesive layer of the adherable film.
Photosensitive medical tape
A photosensitive medical tape includes a backing layer that is at least partially transparent to a first spectrum of electromagnetic radiation. The photosensitive medical tape also includes a coupling layer disposed on a first side of the backing layer to provide adhesion of the photosensitive medical tape to the human skin. The photosensitive medical tape is disposed to absorb a second spectrum of electromagnetic radiation to decrease a strength of the adhesion provided by the coupling layer. The photosensitive medical tape is also flexible.
