ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE BONDING TAPE WITH LOW PASSIVE INTERMODULATION
An electrically conductive bonding tape includes a conductive self-supporting first layer conductive in each of three mutually orthogonal directions and including conductive opposing first and second major surfaces, an conductive second layer coated on the first major surface of the self-supporting first layer and having at least 60% by weight of nickel, the second layer having an exposed major surface facing away from the first major surface of the self-supporting first layer and exposing at least some of the nickel in the second layer, and a conductive adhesive third layer bonded to the second major surface of the self-supporting first layer opposite the second layer. The adhesive third layer is conductive in at least one of the three mutually orthogonal directions and includes a plurality of conductive elements dispersed in an insulative material, at least some of the conductive elements physically contacting the self-supporting first layer.
POLYURETHANE FOAM AND METHODS OF FORMING THE SAME
A polyurethane foam may include an isocyanate polymer component and a polyol component. The polyol component may include a polyol having a molecular weight of at least about 500 kg/mol and not greater than about 6000 kg/mol. The polyurethane foam may have an elongation of at least about 500%. The polyurethane foam may further have a density of at least about 250 g/L and a tensile strength of not greater than about 1000 kPa.

The present invention relates to a coating material containing a resin component and at least one oil component, in which the oil component can exude out from a cured or dried coating film layer to which the coating material has been applied when a temperature drops to a predetermined value or less, the coating material further contains an oil component P, an absolute value of a difference between a value of a solubility parameter of the oil component P and a value of a solubility parameter of the resin component is less than 0.4 (J/cm.sup.3).sup.1/2, and the oil component P has a solubility parameter contribution value A of 3 or less and satisfies a specific condition.
Self-Disinfecting Multi-Band Photocatalyst Sheet
A self-disinfecting photocatalyst sheet includes a substrate material and a photocatalyst layer with a primary photocatalyst and a secondary photocatalyst. The primary photocatalyst is a metal oxide photocatalyst, whereas the secondary photocatalyst is a metallic photocatalyst. The primary photocatalyst forms a covalent bond with the substrate material. The self-disinfecting photocatalyst sheet is photocatalytic active to different bands of wavelength. Another self-disinfecting photocatalyst sheet includes a substrate material, a prime material layer and a photocatalyst layer with a primary photocatalyst and a secondary photocatalyst. The prime material layer is between the substrate and the photocatalyst layer. The primary photocatalyst forms a covalent bond with the prime material.

The present invention relates to a redetachable adhesive tape having a carrier based on a crosslinked polyurethane and an adhesive layer based on vinylaromatic block copolymer, to a method for producing the adhesive tape and the use of the adhesive tape in the production of electronic components.
BIODEGRADABLE DISPLAY PROTECTOR
A biodegradable display protector comprises a top layer; an antimicrobial (AF) layer beneath the top layer; a core layer formed of biodegradable material beneath the AF layer; an adhesive layer beneath the core layer; and a bottom release layer beneath the adhesive layer. The bottom release layer may be peeled off to allow the screen protector to be adhered to a display screen. In the embodiments, biodegradable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) may be used for an inflexible protector whereas biodegradable thermoplastic urethane (TPU) may be used for a flexible protector. A thickness of the screen protector may be between about 0.08 mm to about 0.23 mm.

A high-frequency-dielectric-heating-adhesive-sheet includes: a first adhesive layer containing a first thermoplastic resin; a second adhesive layer containing a second thermoplastic resin; and an intermediate layer, a ratio DPM/DP1 of dielectric property DPM of the intermediate layer to dielectric property DP1 of the first adhesive layer and a ratio DPM/DP2 of the dielectric property DPM of the intermediate layer to dielectric property DP2 of the second adhesive layer are each less than one, and the dielectric property DP1, the dielectric property DP2, and the dielectric property DPM are values of dielectric property (tanδ/ε’r) of the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer, and the intermediate layer, respectively. tanδ denotes a dielectric dissipation factor at 23° C. and a frequency of 40.68 MHz and ε‘r denotes a relative permittivity at 23° C. and the frequency of 40.68 MHz.
PRINTED SURFACES WITH ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTIES
A printable antimicrobial medium is disclosed, including a substrate layer having a first surface which may include a first area, a second surface opposite the first surface which may include a second area. The printable antimicrobial medium also includes a first adhesive deposited on the first area, a liner layer releasably secured to the substrate layer by the first adhesive, and a first antimicrobial dry marking material deposited on at least a portion of the second area of the substrate layer. The printable antimicrobial medium may include a first score line arranged to separate one or more layers of the printable antimicrobial medium into a first portion and a second portion, and an antimicrobial dry marking material may include copper oxide deposited on at least a portion of the second area of the substrate layer.

An object is to provide a resin composition capable of forming a crosslinked product that is excellent in hot water resistance and excellent in interlayer adhesiveness when formed into a multilayered structure.
SOLUTION
The resin composition contains an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and a crosslinking agent (B) with the crosslinking agent (B) in an amount of 0.6 to 15 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), the crosslinking agent (B) being a powder obtained by impregnating a porous body (BS) with a crosslinkable compound (BL) having three or more polymerizable groups and a melting point of no greater than 40° C.
ADHESIVE SHEET FOR LASER DICING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR
An adhesive sheet for laser dicing is provided that is capable of, in laser dicing by irradiation with laser light through the adhesive sheet, suppressing laser light scattering in the adhesive sheet while allowing easy chip division by expanding the adhesive sheet and enables inhibition of dust attachment during chip division for chip production in high yields. The present invention provides an adhesive sheet for laser dicing, including a substrate film having a back layer containing a friction reducing agent and an antistatic agent on one surface and having an adhesive layer on another surface, wherein the back layer has a surface with arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.1 μm or less, the sheet has a tensile modulus of elasticity at 23° C. from 50 to 200 MPa, and the sheet has a parallel transmittance of 85% or more in a wavelength range from 400 to 1400 nm.
