TEMPERED GLASS PROTECTIVE FILM FOR ULTRASONIC FINGERPRINT RECOGNITION FUNCTION
A tempered glass protective film for ultrasonic fingerprint recognition function is configured to solve the problem that the echo energy received by the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is low and the clear fingerprint image cannot be obtained after the tempered glass protective film is used on the electronic device. The tempered glass protective film includes a glass layer, a first glue layer and a second glue layer arranged in a top-to-bottom sequence, in which the first glue layer is an OCA glue layer, and the second glue layer is a silicone layer or a PU glue layer. The thickness of the OCA glue layer gradually decreases from the edge to the center, and correspondingly, the thickness of the tempered glass protective film gradually decreases from the edge to the center. The tempered glass protective film has better impact resistance while improving the echo energy received by the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
Laminate sheet and roll
Provided is a laminate sheet in which a first sheet, a PSA layer and a second sheet are laminated in this order. Of the first and second sheets, at least one is a release liner having a release face on the side facing the PSA layer. The PSA layer has a thickness of 200 m or greater. The first sheet has a tensile modulus of 1000 MPa or greater and the second sheet has a tensile modulus of 500 MPa or less.
FLOOR COVERINGS AND FLOOR COVERING SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND INSTALLING SAME
Floor coverings having a greige good, an adhesive layer, and a secondary backing material. The greige good has a primary backing component having adjoined first and second portions, and a plurality of fibers. The secondary backing material has an attached portion and a first exposable portion, with the attached portion adhered to the first portion of the primary backing component by contact with the adhesive layer. The second portion of the primary backing component is unattached to the first exposable portion of the secondary backing material, and the first exposable portion defines a portion of the first end edge of the floor covering. The second portion of the primary backing component is selectively moveable relative to the first portion to a position in which at least a portion of the second portion of the primary backing component does not overlie the first exposable portion of the secondary backing material.
SUBSTRATE FOR RELEASE SHEETS, AND RELEASE SHEET
The present invention relates to a substrate for release sheet including a support, an adhesion layer (X1), and a resin layer (Y1) containing polyethylene having a density of 930 kg/m.sup.3 or more and 960 kg/m.sup.3 or less in this order, wherein convex portions are present on the surface of the resin layer (Y1), and a difference in height of the convex portions is 0.5 m or more.
SURFACE PROTECTION FILM
A surface protection film includes an adhesion layer that includes a blend of a first hydrogenated styrene block copolymer, a second hydrogenated styrene block copolymer different from the first hydrogenated styrene block copolymer, and polyethylene. An Adhesion Build Value of the surface protection film is less than 2.5 after the adhesion layer has been attached to a textured polycarbonate substrate and heated to 90 C. for 10 minutes.
OPTICALLY CLEAR ADHESIVE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME, AND DISPLAY PANEL
The invention provides for an optically clear adhesive (OCA), a display panel, and a method of manufacturing the OCA. The OCA includes an OCA layer and a polyurethane resin layer which are disposed in a stack. The polyurethane resin layer mixes with the OCA layer. The method includes a plurality of steps of: providing a lower release film, manufacturing the OCA layer, and manufacturing the polyurethane resin layer. The display panel includes a backplate layer, a display layer, a touch control layer, a polarizer, and a flexible plate which are sequentially disposed on each other. The OCA is disposed between the backplate layer and the display layer and/or is disposed between the display layer and the touch control layer and/or is disposed between the touch control layer and the polarizer and/or is disposed between the polarizer and the flexible plate.
PROTECTIVE FILMS, BLENDS, AND METHODS OF MAKING THEREOF
A blend suitable for use in a release layer of a multilayer protective film. The blends comprise greater than 50 wt. % of an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer, a functionalized ethylene-based polymer, and an inorganic filler.
MASKING FILM FOR PROTECTING SENSITIVE SUBSTRATES
A masking film includes an adhesion layer that includes a blend of hydrogenated styrene block copolymer and low density polyethylene. The adhesion layer has an outer adhesion surface configured to contact a substrate. The outer adhesion surface has an average surface roughness Ra of between 100 nm and 350 nm, and an average spacing between peaks Sm of between 20 m and 150 m. The masking film also includes a release layer on a side of the adhesion layer opposite the outer adhesion surface.
ADHESIVE SEAL
Adhesive seals include an elastic sealing sheet, an adhesive layer, and a release sheet on the adhesive layer.
Release liner for repositionable adhesive articles
The present invention inter alia relates to a release liner, which comprises according to an embodiment, a carrier substrate, a thermoplastic polymer layer applied on one side of the carrier substrate, and a release layer applied on the thermoplastic polymer layer on the side opposite to the carrier substrate. The thermoplastic polymer layer and the release layer include a network of ridges resulting in elevations of the surface of the release liner. The surface on the release layer side has a roughness at least between the ridges, such that it has a plurality of pits. The average number of pits per an area of 3.4 mm.sup.2 of the plan view of the release liner surface is at least 50. The pits extend at least to a level of 10.0 m above the deepest point of the deepest pit within said area.
