COLLAPSIBLE CHAIR
A chair operable between an extended configuration and a collapsed configuration includes one or more legs, a handle and a locking mechanism. The one or more legs support a seat and the handle extends away from the seat opposite the one or more legs. The locking mechanism includes a lock plug disposed in an elongate trough. Movement of the handle between the extended and collapsed configurations involves depressing the lock plug and flipping the trough to an opposite side of the lock plug.

A foldable chair comprises a chair seat, front leg tubes, rear leg tubes, and two telescopic frames. The two telescopic frames respectively correspond to the front leg tubes and the rear leg tubes. Each of the two telescopic frames comprises two support tubes and a connection tube connected to the two support tubes. The two support tubes of a first of the two telescopic frames are respectively and telescopically coupled with the front leg tubes, and the two support tubes of a second of the two telescopic frames are respectively and telescopically coupled with the rear leg tubes. A locking mechanism is disposed between each of the support tubes and a corresponding one of the front leg tubes and the rear leg tubes.

Connector members on the back assembly engage respective connector brackets on the side arm assemblies to secure the back to the seating apparatus. The base frame includes a stretcher with a support leg, which stretcher rotates to move the support leg from a shipping position to a supporting position in contact with the floor for use of the seating apparatus.
