Hidden cushion pocket
The couch pocket may comprise a cushion and a pocket. The pocket may be located within the cushion and may therefore be hidden from view when not in use. The pocket may be accessible at the top of the cushion and may be adapted to retain a portable electronic device. As non-limiting examples, the portable electronic device may be a smartphone, a tablet computer, a game controller, or a TV remote control. The pocket may be sized to permit the portable electronic device to stand upright such that the portable electronic device may remain visible while residing in the pocket.
AIR BLOWING DEVICE
An air circulator which is attached to a sheet member and which is for generating an air flow from one side of the sheet member to another side of the sheet member includes a fan main body and a ring member for attaching the fan main body to the sheet member. The fan main body includes a hollow cylinder unit, a flange formed on the cylinder unit, a motor fixing unit, a motor fixated to the motor fixing unit, a wing attached to a rotating shaft of the motor and first engaging units formed on outer surfaces of first parts of the cylinder unit, the first parts forming a pair and facing each other. The ring member includes second engaging units which are formed on inner surfaces of second parts that form a pair, the second parts facing each other, and which engage with the first engaging units.
Seating cushion
A pneumatically adjustable bladder system (90) for use in a cushioned seat bottom (24) has one or two rear foam filled bladders (62, 64) for location under the ischial tuberosities of a seated occupant of the seat bottom, and one or more expansion chambers (14, 16) or front foam filled bladders (66, 68) for location under the thighs of the seated occupant. There are air passageways (70, 72, 74, 92) interconnecting the bladders with each other or with an expansion chamber. The system is air tight and the bladders are compressible under the weight of the seated occupant and are expandable when the weight is removed. The compression of a bladder causes air therewith in to be displaced through the air passageways to the expansion chambers or to the other bladders, which then expand. The compression of a bladder under the ischial tuberosities of the seated occupant and the expansion of the expansion chambers or of the other bladders under the thighs of the seated occupant cause the seated occupant to experience a correct level of immersion into the cushioned seat bottom which is desired for effective postural support and prevention of lower back pain.
PORTABLE CUSHION SYSTEM
A portable cushion system includes a superior cushion section configured for placement under the user's head and upper torso, a midsection cushion section configured for placement under the user's seat and lower back, a proximal inferior cushion section configured for placement under the user's upper legs, a distal inferior cushion section configured for placement under the user's lower legs, two straps coupled on one end to the superior cushion section, two fastener terminals located on the distal inferior cushion section, and configured for fastening to the straps, and wherein when the superior, midsection, proximal inferior, and distal inferior cushion sections are folded, the straps are configured for use as shoulder straps for securing and transporting the system.
FOAM SEAT WITH REMOVABLE NESTING INSERT INCLUDING HEXAGON CONFIGURATION
A foam-based seating furniture with an enclosure is provided. The foam-based seating furniture includes main body, a cutout opening formed in the main body, fitted fabric configured to encase the main body, and a removable nesting insert configured to friction fit within the cutout opening. The removable nesting insert can be inserted into the cutout opening, or removed, to provide a myriad of seating arrangements. The main body can be provided in a variety of geometries, including a square with a square removable nesting insert, a circle with a base and a circular removable nesting insert, and a hexagon having a circular nesting insert.
REMOVABLE CUSHION FOR A CHAIR, MOLD FOR MAKING A CUSHION AND A CHAIR HAVING A REMOVABLE CUSHION
A removable cushion for a chair having an outer surface and an inner foam, as well as at least one magnetic member. The inner foam and the outer surface are formed from the same polymer, with the outer surface forming an integral skin over the inner foam. The outer surface defines an upper surface and a lower surface. The lower surface is structurally configured to be positioned in an abutting relationship with a seating surface of a chair. The at least one magnetic member is embedded within one of the outer surface and the inner foam, the at least one magnetic member positioned closer to the lower surface than the upper surface of the outer surface. A chair having the cushion, and a mold is likewise disclosed, as is a method of manufacturing the cushion.
Antimicrobial Article
An antimicrobial article in the form of a portable hygiene mat. The mat includes a lightweight, flexible incorporated with an antimicrobial agent. The mat is readily configurable to a compact size. A fastener secures the mat in the compact configuration.
METHOD OF REMANUFACTURING A TONER CARTRIDGE
A method of remanufacturing a toner cartridge includes installing a modified end cap in which a portion of a drive assembly for an internal toner seal removal mechanism has been disabled. With the modified end cap installed, the toner cartridge may be post tested without removing the internal toner seal. When the post test is complete the modified end cap is removed and a non-modified end cap with a functional drive assembly is installed in its place.
SUPPORT SYSTEM
A support system includes two cushions. The first cushion is divided into a plurality of bladders filled with a fluid, the bladders being connected by fluid interconnections. The second cushion is coupled to the first cushion. The second cushion is also divided into a plurality of bladders filled with a fluid, the bladders connected by fluid interconnections. When a force is applied to one of the plurality of bladders, a reactionary force is produced in a different one of the plurality of bladders in the same respective cushion.
Cushion for seating
A hybrid seating cushion made up of a cushion base and a cushion insert. The cushion base has a seating surface in which a void in or extending through the cushion base is formed. A cushion insert such as an air bladder or fluid sack is positioned within the void. A lip or upper surface around an opening in the void overhangs at least a portion of the cushion insert, thereby minimizing the size and corresponding negative effects of a transition area where the base and the insert overlap.
