Seating arrangement
A seating arrangement includes a base, a back arrangement and a seat arrangement each supported by the base, the back arrangement movable between an upright position and reclined position, the seat arrangement including a stop member, a shell supported on the base and forming at least a portion of the seat arrangement, the shell including a first portion and second portion movable relative to the first portion, the shell configured such that a downward force exerted on the first portion by a seated user forces the back arrangement from the reclined position toward the upright position, and a tilt limiter coupled to the base and configured to engage the stop member at both the upright position and the reclined position.
CONVERTIBLE FURNITURE UNIT, SLAT FOR USE IN FORMING A FURNITURE UNIT AND METHOD OF USING A CONVERTIBLE FURNITURE UNIT
The convertible furniture unit comprises a hinge member pivotally linking first and second furniture portions to allow the first and second furniture portions to relatively pivot relative to each other to adopt a number of different angular relative positions, and a locking mechanism to releasably lock the first and second furniture portion in a given angular relative position. The first and second furniture portions each comprise a number of slats that are intermeshed with and are slidable between the slats of the other one of the first and second furniture portions. Each slat comprises a hinge portion pivotally attached to the hinge member, an arm extending away from the hinge portion and a free extremity opposite the hinge portion. The first and second furniture portions are capable of adopting at least:•a first position wherein the arms of the slats of the first furniture portion extend away from the hinge member and through the arms of the slats of the second furniture portion; and•a second position in which the arms of the slats of the first furniture portion extend away from hinge and away from the arms of the slats of the second furniture portion without crossing or extending through the arms of the slats of the second furniture portion. The first and second positions of the first and second furniture portions are both operable for use of the furniture unit by a user.

HIGH STRENGTH BLOW-MOLDED STRUCTURE
A blow-molded plastic structure has a hollow interior portion formed during a blow-molding process, and includes first and second outer portions that are spaced apart from each other, with the hollow interior portion disposed there between. The structure includes a pattern of structural stiffening features that are integrally formed in the second outer portion. The pattern of structural stiffening features includes a plurality of tripodal depressions disposed in rows and columns and a plurality of convex regions disposed in rows and columns between the plurality of tripodal depressions. Each convex region has a maximum height between the first and second outer portions. Each of the tripodal depressions extends into the hollow interior portion, includes three indentations disposed adjacent the first outer portion, and includes an island spaced away from the first outer portion. The island has three sides, each of which is disposed adjacent one of the three indentations.

Chair and Components
A chair support shell has an integral back portion, seat portion, and joining portion between the back portion and the seat portion. At least a major portion of the support shell comprises a compliant structure, the compliant structure having a plurality of cells interconnected by a plurality of resilient members. The compliant structure provides compliance in the seat portion, compliance in the back portion, and compliance in the joining portion. The compliant structure enables recline of the back portion relative to the seat portion.
Lounger which may be slid or folded into compact form
A sliding lounger comprises a seating portion having seating slats and seating spaces between the seating slats, a back support portion having back slats and back spaces between the back slats, the back slats being receivable within the seating spaces and the seating slats being receivable within the back spaces, and a foot support portion having foot slats and foot spaces between the foot slats, the foot slats being receivable within the seating spaces, and the seating slats being receivable within the foot spaces.
