One-Piece Chair Backs and Chairs Having the Same
A chair has a chair back including a frame, two supporting legs and a bearing plate. The frame is integrated to the supporting legs in an injection molding manner. The bearing plate is integrated to a bottom frame portion and two side frame portions of the frame in the injection molding manner so that a user can lean against the bearing plate. The two side frame portions are located on two opposite sides of the bottom frame portion. The hardness of the bearing plate is lower than the hardness of the frame, and the hardness of the frame is lower than the hardness of the supporting leg. Therefore, two members whose materials are different in hardness are possibly constitute a chair back formed in one piece.

Chair with molded panel
A chair is provided with a seat support frame which may be comprised of at least two tubes spaced apart by a polymer connector. The seat support frame supports a foam cushion and the frame may be embedded in the foam and may include flexible supports across the support frame also embedded in the foam. A rigid panel has a cavity and the rigid panel is arranged adjacent an outer surface of said foam cushion with at least part of said foam cushion positioned within the cavity, wherein said rigid panel is affixed to said support frame and an inner surface of said rigid panel faces the outer surface of said foam cushion.
High strength blow-molded structure
A blow-molded plastic structure has a hollow interior portion formed during a blow-molding process, and includes first and second outer portions that are spaced apart from each other, with the hollow interior portion disposed there between. The structure includes a pattern of structural stiffening features that are integrally formed in the second outer portion. The pattern of structural stiffening features includes a plurality of tripodal depressions disposed in rows and columns and a plurality of convex regions disposed in rows and columns between the plurality of tripodal depressions. Each convex region has a maximum height between the first and second outer portions. Each of the tripodal depressions extends into the hollow interior portion, includes three indentations disposed adjacent the first outer portion, and includes an island spaced away from the first outer portion. The island has three sides, each of which is disposed adjacent one of the three indentations.

Sliding Lounger
A sliding lounger comprises a seating portion having seating slats and seating spaces between the seating slats, a back support portion having back slats and back spaces between the back slats, the back slats being receivable within the seating spaces and the seating slats being receivable within the back spaces, and a foot support portion having foot slats and foot spaces between the foot slats, the foot slats being receivable within the seating spaces, and the seating slats being receivable within the foot spaces. The back portion and foot support portion move between an open position where the back and foot slats are not received within the seating spaces and a compact position where the back and foot slats are received within the seating spaces.

Lower back and posture support device
The present invention relates to a spine orienting device for integration into a variety of types of seats, for example, automotive seats or office type seating, in order to properly position the sacrum of the individual using the seat, which in turn will properly pivot the pelvis to assist in maintaining the spine in equilibrium.
