SEAT CUSHION DESIGN MANUFACTURING
A method for manufacturing a seat cushion receives data of a specific occupant. A seat cushion is designed from the occupant data. The seat cushion is provided with a cellular structure from the occupant data. Another method for manufacturing a seat cushion receives boundary conditions for a seat cushion. Applicable mechanical properties are determined for the boundary conditions of the seat cushion. Applicable thermal properties are determined for the boundary conditions of the seat cushion. A seat cushion is designed with a varying cellular structure to satisfy the applicable mechanical properties and the applicable thermal properties.
Cushion set
Provided is a cushion set including a pad, a filling pad, an envelope, and a support pad set. The pad has a first-tier sunken portion and a second-tier sunken portion. The filling pad is disposed in the second-tier sunken portion. The envelope is disposed on the pad. The envelope has a pocket-shaped body. A plurality of coupling portions is disposed at edges of the body. The support pad set includes an upper foam pad, a lower foam pad, and a soft gel pad. The support pad set is disposed in the body of the envelope. The soft gel pad corresponds in position to the filling pad of the second-tier sunken portion of the pad.
Air throne
A drum throne is provided which allows air to flow through it in order to keep a drummer dry and free of sweat buildup during drumming sessions. The drum throne may include a seat base, a seat foam on a upper portion of the seat base, a top portion of a seat cover for covering the seat foam, an air plenum located between the seat base and the seat foam, airflow channels extending from the air plenum to the top portion of the seat cover, and a mounting plate below the seat base and coupled to an intake cover; or a blower below a bottom portion of the seat base, the blower capable of pushing air into the air plenum, up through the airflow channels and seat cover to a user.

Method and foam die for manufacturing seat cushion material
A method for manufacturing a seat cushion material, the seat cushion material including a front layer part and a back layer part having a back side surface, the method including: preparing for molding the seat cushion by attaching the back layer part to an upper die having an upper cavity surface; molding the seat cushion material by adding foamed resin raw material forming on a lower cavity surface of a lower die and then by closing the upper die to which the back layer part is attached, the lower cavity surface being provided with a plurality of protrusions which is configured to be brought into contact with a seating surface side of the back layer part and press the back layer part against the upper cavity surface when the upper die to which the back layer part is attached is closed; and demolding the molded seat cushion material.
Portable seat cushion with self-contained heat source
A portable seat cushion providing enhanced seating comfort while also enabling the use of self-contained heat sources is disclosed which provides greater comfort to users during cold weather outdoor entertainment events. The cushion includes especially configured recessed pockets and carriers for containing and strategically placing heat generators such as lighter fluid fueled and electric hand warmers in close contact with a user's legs while sitting. Sufficient ventilation is provided to enable combustion type hand warmers to access sufficient oxygen and vent exhaust.
