SEAT PAD

A seat pad having a pad body made of a polyurethane foam molding, a ventilation passage extending along a pad back surface of the pad body, a duct member which is harder than the pad body forming an inner peripheral wall of the ventilation passage, and a back surface member provided along the pad back surface. The duct member and the back surface member are integrally foam-molded with the pad body. The back surface member has an overlapping portion which is not provided on a bottom surface of the ventilation passage but is provided so as to overlap the duct member in the direction perpendicular to the plane in a non-bottom area outside the bottom surface.

LIFTING SEATING DEVICE
20190200765 · 2019-07-04 · ·

The present invention relates to a lifting seating device, including a seat assembly, a lifting assembly and a base assembly which can be placed on the ground. A lower end of the lifting assembly is mounted to the base assembly, and an upper end of the lifting assembly is connected to the seat assembly. The lifting seating device further includes an elastic shielding cover arranged to circle a side surface of the lifting seating device. Upper and lower ends of the elastic shielding cover are respectively coupled to the seat assembly and the base assembly. The elastic shielding cover extends and retracts with the lifting of the seat assembly under the action of the lifting assembly. The lifting assembly is arranged between the seat assembly and the base assembly, the elastic shielding cover is arranged, and upper and lower ends of the elastic shielding cover are respectively coupled to the seat assembly and the base assembly. Thus, the base assembly and the lifting assembly are covered by the elastic shielding cover to achieve a simple and attractive appearance. Meanwhile, the elastic shielding cover extends and retracts with the lifting of the seat assembly under the action of the lifting assembly, so that a chair also has a lifting function.

VEHICLE SEAT

The vehicle seat includes a cushion material in which a soft pad and a hard pad having different hardness from each other are combined. The soft pad is provided with an engagement protrusion protruding toward the hard pad, and the hard pad is provided with a recessed portion receiving the engagement protrusion. The recessed portion has a wall surface extending in a direction intersecting an assembling direction of the soft pad and the hard pad. One of the wall surface and the engagement protrusion includes a protruding portion, and another of the wall surface and the engagement protrusion includes an engagement portion which engages with the protruding portion. The protruding portion and the engagement portion are engaged with each other to restrict relative movement between the soft pad and the hard pad in the assembling direction.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat comprises a seat cushion frame configuring a frame member of a seat cushion, and a seat unit that is supported by the seat cushion frame and on which an occupant sits, that has a higher seating face rigidity in a seat front-rear direction than a seating face rigidity in a seat width direction, and that has the seating face rigidity in the seat width direction set lower at a seat front-rear direction rear side than at a seat front-rear direction front side.

VEHICLE SEAT MEMBER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME

The method manufactures a vehicular seat member including a frame member and a foamed resin molded body to embed the frame member. Firstly the frame member is placed in a molding die so that the frame member extends along the outer shape of the vehicular seat member in plan view of the vehicular seat member. Next the foamed resin molded body is formed in the molding die so that the foamed resin molded body has a rim part embedding the frame member and having an outer shape of the vehicular seat member and an extension extending inward from the rim part so as to bridge the rim part inside of the rim part. During the forming, the method forms a break in the extension so as to divide the extension along the direction intersecting the extending direction of the extension.
