Pocketed spring assembly having dimensionally stabilizing substrate
A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. A dimensionally stabilizing substrate is secured to at least some of the strings on one of the top and bottom surfaces of the strings. A scrim sheet is secured to at least some of the strings on an opposed surface of the strings to maintain the positions of the strings. The dimensionally stabilizing substrate is thicker and more rigid than the scrim sheet.
STADIUM SEAT HAVING A SPLIT BACK RECLINER AND A VEHICLE INCLUDING A STADIUM SEAT HAVING A SPLIT BACK RECLINER
A stadium seat having a seat back structure that is movable from a seat back forward position to a seat back rearward position. The seat back structure has an occupant contact surface. In the seat back forward position, the occupant contact surface has a planar contour. In the seat back rearward position, the occupant contact surface has non-planar contour.

MODULAR FURNITURE ASSEMBLY WITH MOUNTING PLATFORM
A modular furniture assembly includes: a base member having a frame assembly, a transverse member having a frame assembly, a foot configured to contact a support surface, and a mounting platform having a plurality of apertures therethrough. The mounting platform is configured to be mounted on the base member frame assembly and the transverse member frame assembly, thereby connecting the frame assemblies. The foot is selectively mounted on the mounting platform, such that the foot is configured to contact the support surface when the modular furniture assembly is in an upright configuration. The mounting platform connects the base and transverse member frame assemblies together and also acts as a platform for receiving a variety of different types of feet.

SEAT PAD
A seat pad is made of a flexible polyurethane foam, wherein when the seat pad is divided into five equal parts in a direction of a thickness and the five equal parts are termed from a first layer, to a fifth layer, starting from a front surface side, the equal parts are ranked in the following order of decreasing hardness: the fifth layer, the fourth layer, the third layer, and the second layer. The hardness of the fourth layer is set larger than the hardness of the first layer. A midportion of the seat pad that is a portion other than the front surface and an underside surface is set at a density of 45 to 55 kg/m.sup.3.
