A method and system to provide an occupant support device includes a first inflatable tube, a second inflatable tube disposed parallel to the first inflatable tube, a third inflatable tube disposed at a relative angle to the first inflatable tube, above the first inflatable tube and below the second inflatable tube, a fourth inflatable tube disposed parallel to the third inflatable tube, below the first inflatable tube and above the second inflatable tube, and an inflation device to selectively provide a low pressure and a high pressure to at least one of the first inflatable tube, the second inflatable tube, the third inflatable tube, and the fourth inflatable tube.

In some examples, the foam seat cushion includes handles located on either side and can be folded in half for easy transport. A seat cushion structure of chair is provided, in which a seat cushion body has a chamber provided on its upper end surface. The chamber has holders provided on its two opposite walls, and a plurality of spring steel wires have their two ends fixed on the holders provided on the opposite walls of the chamber so as to span across the chamber. An elastic pad covers correspondingly the upper end surface of the seat cushion body in such a manner that user, when sits on the elastic pad, enjoys comfortable and elastic feeling by the support of the elastic pad and the spring steel wires provided under the elastic pad. Furthermore, user's body heat can be dissipated through perforations provided on the elastic pad to the chamber of the seat cushion and thus to the outside, so as to enhance user's comfort.

In all cases, the aforesaid inserts are preferably completely encapsulated and enclosed by the foam materials making up the seat, which can be accomplished by molding the seat around the insert(s), creating a seat with various internal density zones, adjustable heat, and enhanced abilities to conform to the user's body, while limiting pressure on perineum and/or ischiums.
