A salon chair power pack comprising a body having multiple pockets on a front face with straps for attaching the invention to a stylist's chair. The invention further comprises a plurality of plugs, retention hooks, and an extendable male plug for the organization of cords associated with stylist tools which can be stored in the pockets. Preferably, the invention includes a plurality of female plugs so that multiple stylist tools can be used at once when styling a customer's hair. Alternatively, the power pack can be built into the seat back of the salon chair to form a power pack system.

A textile deck assembly, method of fabricating, and method of installing onto a seat frame assembly. The textile deck assembly includes a platform portion and a plurality of straps coupled to a rearward edge of the platform portion. The materials of the textile deck assembly are matched so that the plurality of straps undergoes most or all of the elongation under load (e.g., when a person sits thereon), while the platform portion, even though it is flexible and compliant, is stretch resistant and undergoes little or no stretching under load. A battery of durability tests were performed on the textile deck assembly, including deflection testing, fatigue testing, and drop testing, and compared with conventional seat decks that utilize sinuous springs. The durability of the textile deck assembly to was found to outperform conventional seat decks.

The frame portion includes a back support section, a middle section, and a buttocks support section. A panel provides a supportive surface for a user. The panel may include a metal sheet, apertures, or parallel strips of material. The frame portion can be positioned in multiple positions to provide a sitting surface, including a lounge chair position and a higher elevated stool position. The chair assembly reconfigures between the lounge chair position and the stool position through rotation. Rotating the buttocks support section and the legs to engage the ground surface achieves the lounge chair position. And rotating the back support section and the legs to engage the ground surface achieves the stool position. The chair may be of a one-piece injection-molded construction.

A multi-positional chair assembly comprises a frame portion defined by a pair of sinuously-shaped bars. The frame portion includes a back support section, a middle section, and a buttocks support section. A panel provides a supportive surface for a user. The panel may include a metal sheet, apertures, or parallel strips of material. The frame portion can be positioned in multiple positions to provide a sitting surface, including a lounge chair position and a higher elevated stool position. The chair assembly reconfigures between the lounge chair position and the stool position through rotation. A folding chair that includes a frame and seat and back fabric supported by the frame. The frame includes primary leg frames and secondary leg frames that cross-hinge on both sides, and the lower sections hinge to a pair of backrest bars of the secondary leg frames. There is a support ring or armrest bars at the hinges between the primary leg bars and the backrest bars to form traction to the backrest bars and to provide armrest function.

The RSS may include one or more supports attached to the base assembly and configured to provide body support.
