CHAIR CUSHION AND ITS SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
The present invention offers a type of chair cushion and its supporting structure, and belongs to the technical field of chair manufacture. It solves the problem of unreasonable design in prior art. The chair cushion and its supporting structure comprise a pair of side boards and a bottom board. The undersides of the pair of side boards are provided at both sides of the bottom board to form a mounting cavity in which are provided several elastic supporting components. Each elastic supporting component includes several vertical springs of identical size and shape and a first flexible cladding. All springs in each elastic supporting components are arranged in at least one row and cladded in the first flexible cladding. The advantages of the chair cushion and its supporting structure lie in that the elastic supporting components formed by the first flexible cladding that clads at least one row of springs promote the strength for supporting person's hip weight on the seat. Due to the promoted buffer capacity, the protection role is enhanced to the person sitting in the seat.
Seat cushion structure capable of adjusting softness and hardness
A seat cushion structure capable of adjusting softness and hardness, comprising a cushion sponge (1), a wheel-spoke seat inner housing (2), a seat sponge (3) and a seat outer housing (4), which are sequentially disposed from top to bottom; a coil spring (11) is fixedly provided on the wheel-spoke seat inner housing (2); an adjustment handle (5) is provided outside the seat outer housing (4), an adjustment mechanism is connected to the adjustment handle (5) and provided inside the seat outer housing (4); the adjustment mechanism is also connected to the coil spring (11), configured for adjusting contraction radius of the coil spring (11); the adjustment mechanism is capable of adjusting contraction radius of the coil spring (11) since being controlled by the adjustment handle (5), thereby the softness and hardness of the seat cushion structure is adjusted.
Chair and chair lifting adjustment control mechanism thereof
The present invention provides a chair and a chair lifting adjustment control mechanism thereof. The chair lifting adjustment control mechanism comprises a base, an executing member slidably connected to the base for pressing a pushbutton of a telescoping member, and a cable-driven assembly with one end connected to the executing member to enable the executing member to produce a horizontal displacement. The cable-driven assembly comprises a dragline with one end connected to the executing member, and the executing member has a driving ramp for facing the pushbutton and pressing or relaxing the pushbutton during the horizontal displacement.

FURNITURE DEVICE WITH ADJUSTABLE FIRMNESS
The invention relates to a furniture device configured to receive the weight of a being, said furniture device having a holding arrangement and at least one section. The section comprises a base, a movable plate element, a moving mechanism and at least one elastic device. The plate element is configured to interact with the at least one elastic device and to be moved by the moving mechanism in respect to the base in order to adjust the firmness of the at least one elastic device. The elastic device comprises a pocket made of a fabric, and an elastic member, the elastic member is arranged within said pocket, the pocket is attached to adjacent pockets whereby the attachment is formed so that adjacent elastic devices may move independently from one another along a distance (A), as measured from a free end of the elastic device and in a direction perpendicular to the plate member. The holding arrangement comprises a connecting portion and a holding member, which is connected to the base or the plate element and connected to the at least one elastic device via the connecting portion, such that the at least one elastic member is compressed and relaxed respectively over its entire length during movement of the plate element upwards and downwards. The connecting portions are arranged on a straight line, which extends through the centre of two or more attached elastic devices and the holding member is a flexible thread or string, which is directly connected to each connecting portion.
Aircraft seat with occupant weight sensing mechanism to adjust tilt-recline force
In a preferred embodiment, a tilt-recline force adjusting apparatus for an aircraft passenger seat configured for a tilt-recline positioning includes a first spring having a first axis to urge a seat back into an upright position, the first spring arranged to compress as the seat is manually reclined, a helper spring having a second axis parallel to the first axis, the helper spring arranged to assist or counteract the first spring, an adjustment mechanism coupled to the helper spring to increase or decrease a force exerted by the helper spring to assist or counteract the first spring, and a weight sensing mechanism coupled to the adjustment mechanism and operable to actuate the adjustment mechanism in direct proportion to a weight of a seated passenger, whereby the force exerted on the aircraft seat to urge the seat back into an upright position is greater for a heavier seated passenger.
FURNITURE CONSTRUCTION WITH ELASTIC OR SPRING MODULES
Furniture is assembled from elastic modules enabling rapid and convenient assembly and disassembly. The elastic module has a spring, an outer covering layer, and an end member attached to an end face of the outer covering layer. A mattress includes a plurality of individual spring assemblies (145), with each spring assembly including at least one spring (134) and a spring cap (144, 150, 161, 164, 171, 184, 194, 204). Each spring cap has at least one first attachment fitting (168, 178, 174, 186, 196) and at least one second attachment fitting (169, 180, 176, 187) with each first attachment fitting engageable into or onto and removable from a second attachment fitting of an adjoining spring cap. The spring assemblies are attached to each other via the first and second attachment fittings, forming the individual spring assemblies into a spring core. A top pad is positioned on top of the spring core. The mattress can be quickly dis-assembled and stored in a compact space by removing the top pad and separating the spring assemblies from each other.
Sofa Seat Cushion Core
An apparatus and method are provided for a sofa seat cushion comprising a cushion core including a multiplicity of pocketed springs enclosed within an upholstery foam envelope. The pocketed springs are positioned side by side in a spring layer arrangement and are independently operable. A memory foam layer positioned above the upholstery foam envelope comprises a material capable of molding to a person's body sitting on the sofa seat cushion and then quickly returning to an original shape once the person leaves the sofa seat cushion. The memory foam layer comprises a gel-infused visco-elastic memory foam with a polyethylene terephthalate layer positioned there above. Directly below the upholstery foam envelope is an upholstery-grade polyurethane foam layer with a polyethylene terephthalate layer positioned directly thereunder. An exterior upholstery surrounding the cushion core provides a plush seating surface.

UPHOLSTERED-FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT WITH UPHOLSTERY-FIRMNESS ADJUSTMENT, AND USE THEREOF
It is of interest to be able to adjust the upholstery firmness of furniture for sitting and lying on as individually as possible, in particular with a view to being able to use the furniture for a long time. In addition, there is a need for a design which allows firmness adjustment to be integrated and which can be realized as flexibly as possible for different furniture or seat variants. The invention provides an upholstered-furniture arrangement (100) which has a basic frame (7) and an upholstered cushion (6) on which someone can sit or lie, which is fixed to the basic frame at least in the edge region thereof and which has a panel (4) beneath it for upholstery-firmness adjustment, the panel being arranged in the basic frame (7) such that the height of the panel can be adjusted by pivoting the panel, wherein the end of the panel (4) located opposite a pivot shaft (14) is arranged freely in the basic frame (7), and a height-adjustment device acts on the panel (4) from beneath by applying an adjustable compressive/prestressing force (F), the height-adjustment device being supported in the downward direction by the basic frame, counter to the compressive/prestressing force. This arrangement has an attractive, direct technical effect and offers a good compromise between cost and benefit.
