Seat assembly having compression limiter with wave portion
A seat assembly includes a frame, a seating base layer arranged on the frame and a compression limiter layer arranged on the seating base layer. The compression limiter layer includes a coil portion and a wave portion having a curved profile. The wave portion includes a plurality of wave elements and one or more ribs connected between the wave elements. The seat assembly further includes a load distribution layer connected to the compression limiter layer and an adjustment module movable between a rear position and a forward position. The adjustment module is configured to move the wave portion between a retracted position and an extended position.
SPRING-TYPE IRON FRAME MESH CHAIR
The present invention belongs to the technical field of mesh chairs, in particular to a spring-type iron frame mesh chair, wherein it comprises a chair body, and a reinforcement is fixed to the side of the chair body by welding. A mesh body is fixed on the side surface of the reinforcement. Spring bodies are fixed on the inner side of the reinforcement by welding. A connecting ring is connected to one end of the spring bodies different from the reinforcement. An adjusting rod is integrally arranged on the side surface of the chair body. The adjusting rod penetrates the side wall of the chair body. When the mesh chair is in use, the spring bodies can pull the reinforcement by their own elasticity. Pressure is applied to the reinforcement and the spring bodies when the mesh body is under pressure, so that the mesh body becomes flexible and elastic to a certain extent, which improves the user experience. When the adjusting rod is adjusted, the position of the connecting ring is changed simultaneously and the length of the spring bodies varies, then the elasticity of the spring bodies is changed, which makes it easy to adjust the elasticity of the mesh body and improve the user experience.

A sofa bed includes: a plurality of elastic modules; a body frame having slide rails arranged thereon; and armrest frames disposed at two sides of the body frame along a longitudinal direction of the body frame, respectively. The slide rails on the body frame are configured to enable the plurality of elastic modules to be mounted on the body frame from an outside of the body frame and to slide thereon to predetermined mounting positions, such that the body frame at one side facing the user is provided with the plurality of elastic modules. The angle between the seat and the backrest portion can be locked for improved operation. The elastic modules, which can be easily installed and uninstalled, can improve the comfort of the sofa bed.

A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. A dimensionally stabilizing substrate is secured to at least some of the strings on one of the top and bottom surfaces of the strings. A scrim sheet is secured to at least some of the strings on an opposed surface of the strings to maintain the positions of the strings. The dimensionally stabilizing substrate is laterally rigid enough to maintain length and width dimensions of the coil spring assembly. However, the dimensionally stabilizing substrate is flexible enough to allow the pocketed spring assembly to be roll packed for shipping.

The chair further comprises a seat back, the seat back comprising: a seat back frame; elastic webbing coupled to the seat back frame; and one or more cushions coupled to the seat back frame.
