An integrated process for the production of a useful liquid hydrocarbon product comprises: feeding a gasification zone with an oxygen-containing feed and a first carbonaceous feedstock comprising waste materials and/or biomass, gasifying the first carbonaceous feedstock in the gasification zone to produce first synthesis gas, partially oxidising the first synthesis gas in a partial oxidation zone to generate partially oxidised synthesis gas, combining at least a portion of the first synthesis gas and/or the partially oxidised synthesis gas and at least a portion of electrolysis hydrogen obtained from an electrolyser in an amount to achieve the desired hydrogen to carbon monoxide molar ratio of from about 1.5:1 to about 2.5:1, and to generate a blended synthesis gas, wherein the electrolyser operates using green electricity; and subjecting at least a portion of the blended synthesis gas to a conversion process effective to produce the liquid hydrocarbon product.
PYROLYSIS OF WASTE PLASTICS IN A FILM REACTOR
A process and system for liquefying and plasticizing a waste plastic in a pyrolysis film reactor are provided. More particularly, a liquefied waste plastic, which may include halogen-depleted molten waste plastics, may be pyrolyzed in a pyrolysis film reactor to form a pyrolysis oil and a pyrolysis gas. The pyrolysis film reactors may include a falling film reactor and/or an upflow film reactor.
RECYCLE CONTENT HYDROGEN
A hydrogen composition having a recycle content value is obtained by processing a recycle content feedstock to make a recycle content hydrogen or by deducting from a recycle inventory a recycle content value applied to a hydrogen composition. At least a portion of the recycle content value in the feedstock or in an allotment obtained by a hydrogen manufacturer has its origin in recycled waste plastics.
CHEMICAL RECYCLING OF WASTE PLASTIC MATERIALS WITH IMPROVED SOLVOLYSIS CATALYST
Chemical recycling facilities for processing mixed waste plastic are provided herein. Such facilities have the capability of processing mixed plastic waste streams and utilize a variety of recycling facilities, such as, for example, solvolysis facility, a pyrolysis facility, a cracker facility, a partial oxidation gasification facility, an energy recovery facility, and a solidification facility. Streams from one or more of these individual facilities may be used as feed to one or more of the other facilities, thereby maximizing recovery of valuable chemical components and minimizing unusable waste streams.

TWO-STAGE PROCESS WITH THERMAL CONVERSION
The disclosure relates to a process for converting lignin (10) to renewable product (80), wherein the process comprises the following steps; mixing (100) lignin (10) with aqueous solution (20) to obtain a mixture (30); heating (110) the mixture (30) of step (a) to a temperature between 290 and 350° C., under a pressure from 70 to 165 bar, to obtain a first product mix (40); separating aqueous phase (53) and oil phase (50), and optionally gas (51) and solids (52), of the first product mix (40) of step (b); and heating (130) the oil phase (50) of step (c) and solvent (60) to obtain a second product mix (70). The second product mix (70) can be used as such, it can be directed to separation (140) or it can be upgraded. The obtained liquid renewable product is suitable as chemicals, fuel, fuel components or feedstock for fuel production.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING MIXED SOLID WASTE
Solid waste that includes a mixture of wet organic material and dry organic material can be are separated using mechanical separation to produce a wet organic stream enriched in wet organics and a dry organic stream enriched in dry organics. The separated wet organic stream and dry organic stream are separately converted to renewable or recyclable products using different conversion techniques particularly suited for the separated wet and dry organic streams.
PYROLYSIS OIL AND METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
A method for producing a pyrolysis oil is described. In said method, a feedstock to be treated is first pyrolyzed in a pyrolysis zone, in which the feedstock is heated to a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius to 700 degrees Celsius; and pyrolyzed solids and pyrolysis vapors are formed. The pyrolysis vapors are then reformed at a temperature of 450 degrees Celsius to 1,200 degrees Celsius in a post-conditioning zone, in which the pyrolysis vapors are brought into contact with a catalyst bed, wherein the pyrolysis oil is formed. In this case, the catalyst comprises a pyrolyzed solid, which can be obtained according to the pyrolysis, described above. Finally the pyrolysis oil is separated from the additional pyrolysis products, which are formed, in a separation unit.
CHAR SEPARATOR
The present invention relates to an apparatus that is part of a reusable fuel processing unit that allows the absorption of char contained within vapor that is leaving the reactor including a gear box, gearbox housing, support flange and seal, exhaust housing, exhaust port, connecting flange, screw top split housing, vertical steal housing, three augers with drive shafts on each auger contained within the steel housing, discharge flange, support ring, expansion cart, and cam followers.
METHOD FOR MAXIMIZING ETHYLENE OR PROPENE PRODUCTION
Disclosed is a method for maximizing ethylene or propene production, the main steps thereof being: taking crude oil and distillate thereof, pre-processing urban mixed-waste plastics as raw material, then entering same into a catalytic cracking reactor, removing via a two-stage pre-wash tower and related separation, then cooling the reacted high-temperature oil and gas and removing impurities to obtain light and heavy distillate oils; performing a hydrogenation reaction operation on the heavy distillate oil; performing light distillate oil separation, performing a recombination operation on its olefins, its alkanes entering a steam cracking apparatus to produce rich ethylene, and its aromatic components being separated as by-products; the product of the described hydrogenation and recombination reaction and the steam-cracked distillate oil is recycled to the catalytic cracking reactor. In the production method of the present invention, the yield of ethylene and propene together is 45-75 m % of the raw material, and the yield of aromatics is 15-30 m % of the raw material; in particular, when using urban mixed-waste plastics as raw material, the ethylene or propene thus produced are used to produce new plastics by way of a conventional polymerization process, achieving the chemical recycling of waste plastics.
