The invention relates a process for the catalytic hydrotreating of a feedstock of petroleum origin of diesel fuel type introduced into a stationary bed hydrotreating unit upstream of a feedstock of natural occurring oil(s) characterized in that the feedstock of natural occurring oil(s) contains acyl-containing compounds having 10 to 24 carbons including fatty acid esters and free fatty acids and said feedstock of natural occurring oil(s) is submitted to a refining by a hydrodynamic cavitation before its introduction into the stationary bed processing.

METHOD OF PRODUCING SERIES OF PHASE-CHANGE WAX PRODUCTS

Disclosed is a method for producing series of phase change wax products, comprising: refining a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis wax raw material via a hydrogenation reaction to obtain a refined Fischer-Tropsch wax; and subjecting the refined Fischer-Tropsch wax to reduced pressure distillation to separate continuous fractions with a distillation range of 5 C.-30 C. by continuously increasing the operation temperature so as to obtain series of phase change wax products, wherein the pressure for the reduced pressure distillation is 0-1000 pa, the operation temperature at the top of the column is 120 C.-260 C., and the phase change enthalpy value of the series of phase change wax products is 170 J/g. According to the method, phase change wax products of various grades with melting points from 5 C. to 80 C. can be separated and produced from the refined Fischer-Tropsch wax. The products have concentrated carbon numbers and relatively high enthalpy values. The process products have relatively high flexibility, can be customized on demand, and have low production cost, and the industrial production of the products can be realized.

In a first process stage (P1) the carbonaceous materials are supplied and are pyrolysed, wherein pyrolysis coke (M21) and pyrolysis gas (M22) are formed. In a second process stage (P2), the pyrolysis coke (M21) from the first process stage (P1) is gasified, wherein synthesis gas (M24) is formed, and slag and other residues (M91, M92, M93, M94) are removed. In a third process stage (P3), the synthesis gas (M24) from the second process stage (P2) is converted into hydrocarbons and/or other solid, liquid, and/or gaseous products (M60), which are discharged. The three process stages (P1, P2, P3) form a closed cycle. Surplus gas (M25) from the third process stage (P3) is passed as recycle gas into the first process stage (P1), and/or the second process stage (P2), and pyrolysis gas (M22) from the first process stage (P1) is passed into the second process stage (P2), and/or the third process stage (P3).

The present invention provides a method for preparing gasoline and aromatics by using Fischer-Tropsch synthesis exhaust. The method includes conducting an olefin conversion reaction on Fischer-Tropsch synthesis exhaust under the action of a first molecular sieve catalyst. A first refrigeration or cooling is conducted on an obtained product to obtain ultralow sulfur-containing gasoline and first-stage reaction gas. An alkaline aromatization reaction is conducted on the first-stage reaction gas under the action of a second molecular sieve catalyst. A second refrigeration or cooling is conducted on an obtained product to obtain aromatics. After the olefin conversion reaction, a gasoline component is separated and residual alkanes enter a second-stage fluidized bed reactor for the alkane aromatization reaction to produce aromatics. The present invention implements step conversion of different components in the Fischer-Tropsch exhaust, and has advantages of high reaction yield, easy catalyst regeneration and amplification, and the like.

The synthesis gas conversion process may be conducted in a conventional reactor or a microchannel reactor.
