ADJUSTABLE SEAT FOR BABY OR CHILD FLOAT
An adjustable seat for a flotation device includes a seat member made of flexible material attached to, surrounded by, and depending from the flotation device, said seat having two apertures therein for receipt of the legs of a child. A matable connector attached to the flotation device and the seat member means permits the adjustment of the shape and relative depth of the seat member to accommodate children of different sizes.
Portable barrier
A portable barrier includes a junction assembly having a first junction support, a second junction support, and a third junction support, a first fastener, and a second fastener. The first junction support is spaced apart from the second junction support to define a first junction space. The second junction support is spaced apart from the third junction support to define a second junction space. The first fastener defines a first axis and extends through the first junction support, the second junction support, and the third junction support. The second fastener defines a second axis and extends through the first junction support, the second junction support, and the third junction support. And the first axis is spaced apart from the second axis. The portable barrier further includes a pedestal assembly including a plurality of legs that are movable with respect to each other. The plurality of legs includes a first leg and a second leg. The portable barrier additionally includes a cover assembly including a plurality of arms that are movable with respect to each other, the plurality of arms includes a first arm and a second arm, and a covering connected to the first arm and the second arm. Also, the portable barrier includes a supplemental component pivotally coupled to the junction assembly. The first strut pivots with respect to the junction assembly about the first axis during movement of the portable barrier between the storage mode and the protection mode. In addition, the second strut pivots with respect to the junction assembly about the first axis during movement of the portable barrier between the storage mode and the protection mode. And the junction assembly pivots with respect to the pedestal assembly about the first axis during movement of the portable barrier between the storage mode and the protection mode.

Beach chair securing device
A beach chair securing assembly includes an outer insert having a hollow leg having a pointed distal tip and a proximal opening. The hollow leg has a helical thread assembly surrounding an exterior thereof and extending partially up the length of the leg. A generally annular lower plate surrounds the proximal opening and has a pair of diametrically opposed clamps. Each clamp includes a vertical portion extending upwardly from the lower plate and a connecting horizontal portion extending generally parallel to the lower plate. An inner insert has a distal shaft sized to fit into the hollow leg and an upper plate connected to the distal shaft. The upper plate has a top surface having a saddle defined by a generally arcuate concave valley extending along a longitudinal axis. A pair of diametrically opposed ridges extends upwardly from either side of the valley. Each ridge includes an upwardly extending eyelet having a through-hole extending therethrough such that the through-holes are axially aligned. A pair of diametrically opposed catches extending along the longitudinal axis and are sized and shaped to engage one of the clamps.

Seating Device of a foldable chair
The present invention provides a seating device of a foldable chair. The seating device includes a backrest and a seating portion. The backrest includes a backrest rigid plate, a plurality of backrest rivets and a backrest cushion. A plurality of joining portions are formed at the rear end of each of the backrest rivets via a press molding process. The backrest cushion is disposed on the first side of the composite board. The plywood is mounted to the second side of the composite board by screws. The seating portion includes a seating portion rigid plate, a plurality of seating portion tapped holes and a seating portion cushion. The seating portion cushion is disposed on the first side of the seating portion rigid plate. The chair frame is mounted on the second side of the seating portion rigid plate by screws.
Hardtop Gazebo And A Process Used In The Making Thereof
A hardtop gazebo and a process used in the making of the hardtop gazebo are disclosed herein. The hardtop gazebo includes a plurality of corner support members; a plurality of crossbeam members, at least some of the crossbeam members configured to be connected between a pair of the plurality of corner support members; a plurality of roof frame members, at least some of the roof frame members configured to be circumferentially spaced apart from one another so as to form a supporting structure for a roof of the hardtop gazebo; and a plurality of connecting members. The process used in the making of the hardtop gazebo includes applying a heat transfer paper with a particular print pattern to primed outer surfaces of one or more components of the hardtop gazebo.
SHELTERS AND TEAM SHELTERS HAVING A REPOSITIONABLE CANOPY
Methods for using a shelter such as a team shelter includes, for example, positioning a canopy of the shelter in a raised position to provide a front facing opening under the canopy in the shelter, and moving the canopy of the shelter to a lowered position to reduce the size of the front facing opening.
Baby carrier cover
A carrier cover positionable over a baby carrier worn by an intended user. The carrier cover includes a jacket attachment for reversibly securing part of a jacket the carrier cover. Also a method of using the carrier cover.
Chair
A folding chair includes front and rear supports that fold and/or retract into central beams to reduce the space occupied by the chair in a folded configuration. A backrest is coupled to the central beams with a hub that allows an angle of the backrest relative to the central beams to be selected and for the backrest to be folded flat relative to the central beams. One or more actuators and pin actuators may control the relative movements of the backrest, front support, rear support, and central beams.
