Surgical robotic system having anthropometry-based user console
Surgical robotic systems including a user console for controlling a robotic arm or a surgical robotic tool are described. The user console includes components designed to automatically adapt to anthropometric characteristics of a user. A processor of the surgical robotic system is configured to receive anthropometric inputs corresponding to the anthropometric characteristics and to generate an initial console configuration of the user console based on the inputs using a machine learning model. Actuators automatically adjust a seat, a display, or one or more pedals of the user console to the initial console configuration. The initial console configuration establishes a comfortable relative position between the user and the console components. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
PELVIC TILT DETECTING CHAIR
A pelvic tilt detecting chair is provided to a user to sit and configured to detect a pelvic angle of the pelvis of the user in sitting position. The pelvic tilt detecting chair comprises a base, a supporting component, a carrying component and a detector. The base has a horizontal surface. The supporting component comprises a first end connected to the base and a second end. The carrying component is moveably configured and comprises an installing surface coupled to the second end and a chair surface configured to contact the pelvis of the user. The chair surface and the horizontal surface form a tilt angle when the user sits on the carrying component. The detector stores a tilt angle threshold value and is configured to the carrying component to detect the tilt angle. The detector generates a warning signal when the tilt angle is not matched up with the tilt angle threshold value.
TELESCOPIC SEATING SYSTEMS, AND FOLDABLE CHAIRS AND RELATED COMPONENTS FOR USE WITHIN TELESCOPIC SEATING SYSTEMS
The telescopic seating systems, and foldable chairs and related components for use within telescopic seating systems, of the present disclosure may incorporate occupant support elements within a space between a top surface of a seat frame structure and a bottom surface of the seat frame structure. Springs may be attached to the top surface of the chair frame structure and configured to extend into the space. Alternatively, or additionally, a chair cushion may extend into the space.
CONVERTIBLE PERSONAL MULTIMEDIA POD
The present disclosure provides personal multimedia pods that convert from an enclosable premium theater system with seating for one or more users to an unenclosed chair and/or to an output audio/video device capable of connecting (e.g., wirelessly connecting) to other audio/visual equipment.
ERGONOMIC FULLY ADJUSTABLE WORK STATION
The present invention provides an ergonomic and fully-adjustable user work station system and method of use. In one embodiment, the system provides a work station apparatus for a user comprising: a base; a stool comprising a seat, the stool interconnected with the base and extending in a vertical direction; a first mast extending in a vertical direction and interconnected with the base; and a work surface element interconnected with a proximal portion of the first mast; wherein the work surface element may be reached by the user when the user is seated on the stool. In one embodiment, the work station apparatus further comprises an adjustable anterior chest support and head support.
Aircraft seating assembly
Components and systems of an aircraft seating assembly are disclosed. The aircraft seating assembly can include a seat pan, a connection frame, and one or more mounts for removably coupling the seat pan to the connection frame. The aircraft seating assembly can include a back support having a removably coupled cushioning member. The aircraft seating assembly can include a tilt system which can allow the back support to articulate relative to the connection frame. The aircraft seating assembly can include a retention system coupled to the back support, the retention system can retain an object in place when in a closed configuration.
Smart desk and chair
A smart desk and chair includes a desk having at least one lift arm that is expandable and retractable for adjusting the height of a desk surface and a chair having a sensor included inside a chair seat where the sensor detects the presence or absence of a user seated in the chair. A controller in the desk controls the position of the at least one lift arm in the desk. The desk and chair are connected wirelessly enabling the desk surface to be automatically raised or lowered in relation to the floor depending on the standing or seated position of the user.
PORTABLY SUSPENDED RETRACTABLE SHELF
There is disclosed a portably suspended retractable shelf for storing furniture-side items that includes a horizontal platform having an inner portion and an outer portion. In various embodiments, the inner portion is adapted to be slidably captured between an upper cushion and a lower supporting structure. At least one of a projector insert rotationally adjustable to a plurality of orientations and the following upward-facing compartments is disposed on the outer portion of the horizontal platform and is accessible to a user on the furniture: a collapsible basin, a hanging flexible pocket, and a foldable box. A cutout hole is configured to hold the projector insert or the compartments in a suspended configuration through the shelf. A downward-facing sliding drawer compartment is mounted and/or supported underneath the outer portion of the shelf. A storage container extends from a leading surface of the portable suspended retractable shelf. Other embodiments are also disclosed.
CHAIR WITH VARIABLE POSITIONING AND SUPPORT
An adjustable chair frame with a back and seating surfaces that flex to conform to the shape, weight and movement of an occupant is disclosed. The chair form and proportions provide for a recumbent position that disperses the weight of the occupant more evenly, thereby reducing external and internal physiological point loading. The form also provides ergonomic articulation to minimize internal physiological stresses such as neck/back vertebral compression. Eccentric connections driven by a motor assembly allow positioning adjustment of the components of the chair. Additionally, an air pump assembly may be included to automatically adjust one or more air bladders provided on the interior of the chair frame.
