MODULAR COOKING APPLIANCE HAVING A GREASE SHIELD
A modular cooking apparatus is disclosed. The modular cooking apparatus includes a housing for containing a first and second interchangeable cooking modules. The first interchangeable cooking module contains a first oven, and the second interchangeable cooking module contains a second oven. A grease shield is located within the first oven. The second oven is different from the first oven. The modular cooking apparatus also includes a control panel for receiving cooking inputs, a controller for controlling the first and second interchangeable cooking modules, and a single power plug for receiving electrical power from a wall outlet.
MODULAR COOKING APPLIANCE HAVING A HOT AIR OVEN WITH A BUILT-IN MAGNETRON
A modular cooking apparatus is disclosed. The modular cooking apparatus includes a first interchangeable cooking module containing an impingement oven, and a second interchangeable cooking module containing a hot air oven having a cooking chamber. The hot air oven includes a cook rack having multiple air deflectors having different lengths located within said cooking chamber and a blower for directing heated air in a horizontal direction beneath said cook rack.
Automatic apparatus for baking pastry products
An automatic apparatus for baking pastry products, wherein baking molds containing a pastry mass to be baked are introduced into the apparatus for baking purposes, wherein the apparatus comprises a reception or cooling module that defines a pre-chamber, a baking module, and a rotary oven door arranged between said modules so as to rotate for positioning the molds between reception, baking and cooling positions, thus avoiding the use of additional mechanical parts that may generate failures and inconveniences in the normal operation of the appliance, while the invented apparatus provides a better quality baked product that is achieved by homogeneous heating within the oven module.

OVEN WITH SPLIT DOORS
An oven comprising a multi-door operating apparatus is provided. In one example, the multi-door operating apparatus comprises a first panel comprising a first plurality of grooves that traverse a first inside surface of the first panel and a second panel comprising a second plurality of grooves that traverse a second inside surface of the second panel, wherein first inside surface faces the second inside surface, and wherein the first plurality of grooves and the second plurality of grooves extend in a first direction and then turn to extend in a second direction. The multi-door operating apparatus further comprises two or more oven doors configured to move in the first direction and turn to the second direction via projections that extend from the respective oven doors into the first plurality of groves and the second plurality of grooves.

OVEN WITH SPLIT DOORS
A method for operating a multi-door oven apparatus is provided. In one example, the method comprises moving, by a mechanical device, a first oven door along a first path in a first direction orthogonal to a side surface of an oven, the side surface comprising an entrance to the oven. The method further comprises moving, by the mechanical device, the first oven door along a second path in a second direction parallel to the side surface, wherein moving the first oven door along the second path comprises moving the first oven door past a second oven door.
