System and method for reprocessing animal bedding
11472751 · 2022-10-18 · ·

A method and system reprocess soiled animal bedding material commingled with animal manure. In one aspect the soiled animal bedding material is separated in a shaker to send at least a preponderance of the manure to a holding tank. In another aspect the bedding is cleaned, rinsed and color is restored. The bedding material is subsequently dried and a bedding product, fertilizer product, and/or compacted product is formed. Alternatively, the bedding material is dried (without a compacting step) to form a product. In yet another aspect, the steps of separation, cleaning, rinsing and/or color restoration may be omitted.

Process for biogas upgradation

The present invention relates to a biomimetic-hybrid solvent system for simultaneous capture of H.sub.2S and CO.sub.2 from any gaseous composition. The present invention also relates to a process for upgradation of biogas to bio CNG by removing gaseous contaminants, including microbial removal of H.sub.2S, to obtained purified CO.sub.2. The biomimetic-hybrid solvent system contains three components selected from tertiary amine compounds, a functional colloidal fluid, and an enzyme mimic.

PURINE TREATMENT METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A PRODUCT WITH A HIGH CALORIFIC VALUE
20220325196 · 2022-10-13 ·

The invention relates to a method for the purification of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose obtained from purines, which can be burned in compliance with environmental standards as a substitute for wood. The method of the invention produces a novel bio-fuel.

PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS FOR PRODUCING HYDROCARBON FUELS HAVING HIGH CARBON CONVERSION EFFICIENCY

The present disclosure relates to a processes and systems for producing fuels from biomass with high carbon conversion efficiency. The processes and systems described herein provide a highly efficient process for producing hydrocarbons from biomass with very low Green House Gas (GHG) emissions using a specific combination of components, process flows, and recycle streams. The processes and systems described herein provide a carbon conversion efficiency greater than 95% with little to no GHG in the flue gas due to the novel arrangement of components and utilizes renewable energy to provide energy to some components. The system reuses water and carbon dioxide produced in the process flows and recycles naphtha and tail gas streams to other units in the system for additional conversion to syngas to produce hydrocarbon-based fuels.

DEHYDRATION APPARATUS FOR NATURAL GAS
20230122550 · 2023-04-20 ·

A natural gas dehydration apparatus that is configured to provide dehydration of natural gas as the natural gas exits from a natural gas well. The apparatus of the present invention includes a vessel body having an interior volume. Disposed within the interior volume of the vessel body is a dehydrating fluid such as but not limited to methanol. The vessel body is oriented in an upright position and includes an inlet member operably coupled to the lower end thereof that provides introduction of natural gas into the vessel body. The inlet member includes an end section in the interior volume of the body and facilitates the introduction and percolation of natural gas through the methanol. A discharge pipe member directs the natural gas from the interior volume of the vessel body. A fill member provides introduction of additional methanol while a screen member controls methanol mist.

Process for extracting gasoline from a gas containing condensable hydrocarbons

The present invention is directed to the removal of mercury from a gas phase by injecting a scavenger solution into the gas phase.

Methanation and Recovery Method, System, and Apparatus

A method, a system, and an apparatus of certain embodiments are provided to recover water and carbon dioxide from combustion emissions. The recovery includes, among other things, electrolysis and carbon dioxide capture in a suitable solvent. The recovered water and carbon dioxide are subject to reaction, such as a catalytic methanation reaction, to generate at least methane.

Process for Producing Clean Coal Using Chemical Pre-Treatment and High Shear Reactor

A method of processing raw coal using activation agents (e.g., solvents and extractants) in a high shear reactor, which creates high shearing forces to break apart the coal and selectively extract and remove contaminants such as ash, sulfur, and other heavy metal impurities resulting in clean, high caloric-value coal.
