HOOD WITH CONDENSER FOR COMMERCIAL OVEN, PARTICULARLY COMBINATION STEAM-CONVECTION OVEN
The subject of present invention is a hood with a condenser for a commercial oven, particularly a combination steam-convection oven, comprising a housing, an air inlet for supplying cooling air from the outside, a fan drawing in the cooling air through the air inlet, a cooling air outlet for expelling the air drawn in by the fan, a steam condenser in the form of a heat exchanger with a coil having at least one inlet opening for supplying steam from the inside of a commercial oven to the coil and at least one outlet opening for draining the condensate coming out of the coil, characterised in that it comprises a radial fan (3) that blows cooling air radially onto the at least one coil (5) surrounding the fan (3), wherein the at least one coil (5) surrounding the fan having an external finning (6).
OVEN WITH STEAM COOKING FUNCTIONALITY AND DESICCANT TO REDUCE STEAM BACKFLOW OUT OF THE OVEN
An oven includes (a) a cooking chamber; (b) a steam generator in fluid communication with the cooking chamber, the steam generator configured to transform water into steam for delivery to the cooking chamber; (c) a water reservoir in fluid communication with the steam generator, the steam generator further configured to draw the water from the water reservoir to be transformed into the steam; (d) a water fill assembly in fluid communication with the water reservoir and configured to accept water from a source external to the oven that is subsequently deposited into the water reservoir; and (e) desiccant disposed in fluid communication between the water reservoir and the water fill assembly. The oven can include a filter assembly disposed in fluid communication between the water reservoir and the water fill assembly. The desiccant can be disposed within the filter assembly.
COOKER
Disclosed is a cooking apparatus with a cooktop. The cooking apparatus includes: a cooker body including a cooking compartment and a storage compartment below the cooking compartment; a drawer including a storage space, and sliding the drawer into and out of the storage compartment closes and opens the storage space; a steam supplier configured to generate steam and supply the generated steam to the cooking compartment; and a water tank configured to store water for generating the steam, and provided in a certain region of the storage compartment independently of the drawer to be pushed in or pulled out.

METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A STEAM GENERATING SYSTEM FOR A DOMESTIC STEAM COOKING OVEN AND STEAM GENERATING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a method for controlling a steam generating system (10) for a domestic steam cooking oven (40). A steam generator (26) and an inlet valve (16) are controlled by a regulating thermal switch (30) and a limiting thermal switch (32). The regulating thermal switch (30) and the limiting thermal switch (32) respond to a temperature within and/or at the steam generator (26). A threshold value of the limiting thermal switch (32) is higher than a threshold value (Ts) of the regulating thermal switch (30). The steam generator (26) is deactivated and the inlet valve (16) is activated by the regulating thermal switch (30), if the temperature (T) of the steam generator (26) exceeds the threshold value (Ts) of the regulating thermal switch (30).

COOKING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
A method of controlling a cooking apparatus includes a cleaning process which includes controlling a temperature in a cooking chamber such that the temperature in the cooking chamber is maintained at a preset first temperature for a preset first time, and controlling a temperature in a cooking chamber such that the temperature in the cooking chamber is maintained at a preset second temperature higher than the first temperature for a preset second time.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COOKING APPLIANCE
Disclosed herein is a cooking appliance may control operations of a steam supply device configured to supply steam into a cooking space and a heating unit configured to heat an inside of the cooking space, thereby maintaining a temperature in the cooking space at a boiling point of water or less during cooking.
Cooking appliance
A cooking appliance includes a frame that defines a cooking chamber, a steam generator coupled to the frame and configured to generate steam, and a steam supply port that is connected to the steam generator, that extends through a sidewall of the frame to the cooking chamber, and that is configured to guide steam from the steam generator to the cooking chamber. The steam supply port includes a first pipe having a first diameter, a second pipe located inside of the cooking chamber, the second pipe having a second diameter that is less than the first diameter, and a connection pipe configured to connect the first pipe to the second pipe.
