Water-based coolant

Disclosed herein is a method of using a water-based coolant for quenching or cutting a metal material. The water-based coolant is formed of: water; at least one inorganic acid salt selected from the group consisting of a carbonate, a hydrogen carbonate, a sesquicarbonate, a phosphate, a borate, a molybdate and a tungstate; a metal corrosion inhibitor; and optionally at least one of a bactericide, a water-soluble rust inhibitor, an antioxidant and a detergent dispersant.

POLYAMIDE RESIN MOLDED BODY

A polyamide resin molded body is formed by a resin composition having a (B) fluorine series resin within a range from 1 to 15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a (A) polyamide resin. In the resin composition, the number average particle diameter of the fluorine series resin dispersed in the polyamide resin is 0.8 m or less. The resin composition includes particles of the (B) fluorine series resin having particle diameters of 0.8 m or greater. The percentage of particles having particle diameters of 0.8 m or greater which are secondary particles while maintaining the form of primary particles is 60% or greater, and/or the degree of crystallinity of the dispersed (B) fluorine series resin is 42 J/g or greater.

A polyamide resin molded body is formed by a resin composition having a (B) fluorine series resin within a range from 1 to 15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a (A) polyamide resin. In the resin composition, the number average particle diameter of the fluorine series resin dispersed in the polyamide resin is 0.8 m or less. The resin composition includes particles of the (B) fluorine series resin having particle diameters of 0.8 m or greater. The percentage of particles having particle diameters of 0.8 m or greater which are secondary particles while maintaining the form of primary particles is 60% or greater, and/or the degree of crystallinity of the dispersed (B) fluorine series resin is 42 J/g or greater.

The blend comprises a first stage solid lubricant selected from the group consisting of molybdenum disulfide, graphite, polytetrafluorethylene and mixtures thereof, a second stage solid lubricant of boron nitride, a third stage solid lubricant of an inorganic fluoride characterized by being capable of forming a bonded substantially homogeneous film on a substrate at the elevated temperatures and pressures, and graphene. The solid lubricant blend is mixed with a lubricating grease to attain the lubricating grease compositions of the invention.
