TRANSFER DEVICE FOR LOADING AND/OR UNLOADING A TREATMENT UNIT FOR FOOD
The invention relates to a transfer device for loading and/or unloading a food treatment unit (1a, 1b), with a movable transfer trolley (3) which has a support device (20, 22) for at least one loading rack (27, 28) or for at least one product carrier, with a drive (19) for moving the transfer trolley (3), and with at least one actuator (21, 23) arranged on the transfer trolley (3), which actuator is configured to move the loading rack (27, 28) or the product carrier into a receiving device (25, 26), located on a first side (13) of the transfer trolley (3), of the food treatment unit (1a, 1b) and to remove it therefrom.
The task of the invention is to make the loading and/or unloading of a food treatment unit (1a, 1b) particularly flexible, time-efficient and cost-efficient.
This task is solved in that the transfer trolley (3) and the actuator (21, 23) are configured to additionally move the loading rack (27, 28) or the product carrier into at least one second receiving device (25, 26) located on a second side (14) of the transfer trolley (3) and to remove it therefrom.

DEVICE FOR THE HEAT TREATMENT OF FOOD PRODUCTS COMPRISING A CHARGING TROLLEY
A device for the heat treatment of food products is disclosed, including a heat treatment device having at least one oven unit with a cooking chamber being configured for receiving product carriers with food products, and including t least one charging trolley for receiving at least one charging rack for a plurality of product carriers which can be coupled to the heat treatment device to move the at least one charging rack with product carriers back and forth between the at least one oven unit and the charging trolley, wherein catches are provided on the heat treatment device, to which receiving means are assigned on each charging trolley, and a drive is provided for vertical movement of the catches to the receiving means on the charging trolley from the entry position of the charging trolley via vertical lifting, and to align the charging trolley with the catches by means of further lifting, until same reaches a defined end position in the working position.

The present invention relates to a dispensing unit for baked products, in particular, baguettes, and to a device for dispensing baked products which comprises a dispensing unit. Such dispensing units can be found, for example, in supermarkets, with a continuous baking oven being connected upstream of said dispensing units. At a customer's request by pushing on a button it is possible for various, freshly baked or crisped-up baked products to be dispensed from the dispensing unit.

The present invention relates to a dispensing unit for baked products, in particular, baguettes, and to a device for dispensing baked products which comprises a dispensing unit. The device has transfer means for transferring bakery goods from a storage unit to discharging means, wherein the discharging means direct the bakery goods to a discharging compartment. The discharging means comprise a conveying installation and a dispensing installation, wherein the dispensing installation is suppliable by the conveying installation with bakery goods.
