A bedding foundation has a linear actuator for moving a first pin forward and backwards. The first pin moves along linear slots extending through side rails of a rectangular frame. The foundation includes a lever which raises and lowers a plate independently of the movement of the linear actuator. Regardless of the position of the linear actuator, the plate may be raised or lowered. Movement of the plate imparts a massage movement to a mattress above the foundation.

A bed lift mechanism that has linkages and has an actuator connected structure that is movable from a non-actuated position to two or three actuated positions. One set of linkages lifts the bed frame with the actuator connected structure moved into an associated one of the actuated positions and then push another set of linkages as the actuator connected structure is moved into another of the actuated positions. In the case where there are three actuator positions, further linkages move down a bed frame slotted bracket to initially lift the bed frame and as they reach and end of the slotted bracket as the actuator connected structure is moved to a different actuator position, the one set of linkages pull together to lift the bed frame vertically.

Disclosed is an electric bed, which includes: a base bed frame; a leg combination bed frame, which is hinged to the base bed frame and is capable of freely pivoting; a leg transmission mechanism supporting beam; a leg transmission mechanism, which includes a first end hinged to the leg combination bed frame, a second end for receiving a driving force so as to enable the leg transmission mechanism to pivot, and a pivoting arm disposed between the first end and the second end and hinged to the leg transmission mechanism supporting beam; and a leg drive motor, one end thereof being hinged to the transverse rim near the leg transmission mechanism supporting beam, and the other end thereof being hinged to the second end of the leg transmission mechanism, wherein the leg drive motor extends substantially along a straight line when pushing the leg combination bed frame.

Disclosed are supports, folding mechanisms and foldable supporting frames. A foldable supporting frame includes a plurality of bent bars, folding mechanisms and supports. The bent bars are connected to each other by the folding mechanisms and the supports to form upper and lower frames of the foldable supporting frame. The foldable supporting frame can be folded and unfolded by rotating any one of the bent bars. When unfolded, the supports hold the upper frame in place and keep it flat and stable. When folded, the folding mechanisms and the supports allow the bent bars to move toward each other and fold onto each other. The folded supporting frame is compact and of a regular shape, making it easier to handle, package, store, and transport.

A simulated platform bed system is used with a bed having a mattress and a mattress support, typically provided as a box spring and frame supporting the mattress by a spacing above a floor surface. The system includes an exterior aspect with a decorative feature, as well as a base typically defining a single, continuous piece extending along the side edges and the foot end edge of the bed. At least a portion of the base is made of a plurality of vertically-oriented slats connected together. The slats may be located at corner portions or along an entire length of the system. The system covers the spacing to create the appearance of a platform bed upon which the mattress appears to be supported, even though the weight support of the mattress is through the mattress support rather than the system.

The invention discloses a packaging structure of a folding bed and a packaging method thereof. The packaging structure includes a folding bedstead including at least three unit frames, the adjacent unit frames are mutually hinged, and a mattress capable of being rolled up. When the folding bedstead is packaged, a space for receiving the rolled mattress is formed by the unit frames. The packaging method includes the following steps: S1, folding the unit frames of the folding bedstead to form a space; S2, rolling up the mattress and putting the rolled mattress into a space formed by the unit frame; S3, putting the folded folding bedstead into the box. The invention method allows for the most space efficient packing possible thereby reducing the amount of space occupied by the bed and reducing transportation costs.

A device comprising: a bed frame comprising a platform frame and a headboard frame, wherein the platform frame is T-shaped as defined via a leg portion and a platform portion, wherein the platform portion comprises a spine portion extending longitudinally over the leg portion, wherein the headboard frame defines a U-shaped channel, wherein the spine portion extends through the U-shaped channel and the headboard frame is non-perpendicularly oriented to the platform portion when the headboard frame spans between a wall and a floor, the platform portion is secured to the wall cantileveredly, and the headboard frame is secured to the wall distal to the floor.

A device comprising: a bed frame comprising a platform frame and a headboard frame, wherein the platform frame is T-shaped as defined via a leg portion and a platform portion, wherein the platform portion comprises a spine portion extending longitudinally over the leg portion, wherein the headboard frame defines a U-shaped channel, wherein the spine portion extends through the U-shaped channel and the headboard frame is non-perpendicularly oriented to the platform portion when the headboard frame spans between a wall and a floor, the platform portion is secured to the wall cantileveredly, and the headboard frame is secured to the wall distal to the floor.

Pultruded frames for an adjustable bed are described herein. The pultruded frames may include various components such as connection/joining and reinforcing structures. The various components and frame parts may be combined in multiple configurations to form light weight and strong adjustable bed frames.

A bed frame with two mattresses and a height-adjustable platform is described herein. The bed frame contains two separate areas for mattresses, with the platform placed there-between. The mattresses may be placed such that the mattresses do not touch each other, and such that one or both mattresses do not touch the movable platform. The bedframe may include a headboard. The platform may have a range of heights such that, at a lowest height thereof, its top level is substantially level with a top level of the bedframe and such that, at a highest height thereof, its top level is substantially higher than a top level of one or both of the mattresses.
