Adjustable Bed Frame Rail Riser Assemblies
Adjustable bed frame rail riser assemblies include a first riser assembly that detachably couples to a first rail of a bed frame and a second riser assembly that detachably couples to a second rail of the bed frame. Each riser assembly includes a wedge with a top surface with a slope that inclines or declines a mattress or box spring that resides on the top surface. The riser assemblies may be detachably coupled to standard metal or wooden bed frames and need not be permanent fixtures of the bed frames. The riser assemblies of the present invention do not require levers, arms, or electrical parts. The riser assemblies can further be coupled to standard metal or wooden bed frames, without requiring specially designed beds or bed frames.
LIGHTWEIGHT MODULAR BED
A lightweight modular bed includes a bed frame unit, a first retaining unit, a second retaining unit, a supporting web unit, and at least one reinforcement insert. The supporting web unit can be fully stretched on the bed frame unit by virtue of the first and second retaining units, and has a plurality of through bores. The reinforcement insert is configured to be detachably inserted in each of the through bores for adjusting flexibility of the supporting web unit.
Motorized Bed with Improved Lifting Device
A motorized bed includes a bottom bracket, a frame and a lifting device. The lifting device includes two drive mechanisms, two linkages and two connecting units. Each of the drive mechanisms includes a retractable push member. Each of the linkages includes a first link pivotally connected with the frame and the push member of one of the drive mechanisms and two second links pivotally connected with the first link. Each of the connecting units includes a transverse lever and two locking levers. Each of the locking levers of each of the connecting units has a first end pivotally connected with the transverse lever, a mediate portion pivotally connected with one of the second links of one of the linkages and a second end pivotally connected with the bottom bracket.
Convertible Bed Frame and Convertible Cover
A bed frame and cover that is capably joinable to another bed frame and cover and capably disjoinable from another bed frame and cover and of which comprises a mattress supporting plate which is capable of moving vertically within the cover. The cover is a unified structure of walls and a roof with pivotally connected doors that capably form an enclosure around the plate or of which are stowable on the roof. The entire cover is capable of 360 degree bi-directional rotation around the entire plate as well as vertical movement. A capably pivotable mattress attachment is stowable under the plate or extends to form a contiguous mattress surface of which is supported by rods that connect to another bed frame and cover. The bed frame and cover is capable of a multitude of configurations dependent on bed frame, mattress attachment and the cover's optional positioning.
HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE BED
Disclosed is a height-adjustable bed including: a base; a support frame placed on an upper surface of the base; a mattress stably placed on an upper surface of the support frame; and a height adjusting device connected to the support frame and the base to adjust the height and tilt of the support frame, wherein the height adjusting device includes a gas spring or a spring lever to manually adjust the height of the support frame.
ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN FURNITURE DRIVE
Electric motor driven furniture drive for adjusting components of a piece of furniture relative to one another has a first adjustment unit, having a first fixed-location main body and a first adjustment member movable relative to same. First adjustment member is in drive connection with electric motor, has a second adjustment unit with a second fixed-location main body, and a second adjustment member movable relative to it. Furniture drive has a Bowden cable with a pulling cable in a pressure-resistant sheath, and one end of pulling cable is secured on first main body and that end of sheath of Bowden cable which is assigned to the end is secured on first adjustment member. The other end of pulling cable is secured on second adjustment member and that end of sheath of Bowden cable assigned to the end is secured on second main body.
Inflatable bed mattress lifts
An embodiment provides an inflatable bed mattress lift. In an embodiment, six extensions extend from a central portion and may be inflated to provide predetermined tuck points for securing bedding material to the bed mattress. The inflatable bed mattress lift and extensions thereof may be of a size to match a predetermined mattress size. The inflatable bed mattress lift may include more than six extensions, e.g., eight extensions. The extensions may be shaped or angled at terminal ends to match a rectangular dimension of an overlying bed mattress. Other aspects are described and claimed.
Bed lift
A vehicle includes a bed that is movable upward from a lowered position where the bed is positioned to receive one or more persons to sleep thereon to a stowed position where at least a portion of the bed is stowed adjacent to a ceiling of the vehicle. The portion of the bed can be at least substantially horizontal and horizontally offset when the bed is in the lowered position and the stowed position. The bed can also be positioned above a seating area in the vehicle and moved upward with one or more screw drive members or one or more straps.
ZERO GRAVITY BED
A bed frame is provided that includes a lower frame and an upper frame having a first section, a second section and a third section. The second section is positioned between the first section and the third section. The first section is pivotable relative to the lower frame. The third section is fixed relative to the lower frame. The second section is pivotable relative to the first section and the third section. A lifting assembly includes a first end that is coupled to the lower frame and a second end that is coupled to the second section. The lifting assembly is configured to selectively move the second section toward and away from the lower frame.
