Bed frame and support member for bed frame
The present disclosure provides a foldable bed frame and associated methods for deploying the foldable bed frame. The bed frame may comprise one or more supporting members for supporting at least a portion of the bed frame, wherein the one or more supporting members comprise: a first bar comprising an opening; a second bar comprising a groove having a first end and a second end; and a locking mechanism comprising an elastic element and a pin. The pin may be inserted into (i) the opening of the first bar and (ii) the groove of the second bar to couple the first and second bars together. The first and second bars may be movable relative to each other when the pin is moved from a first position to a second position in response to a force applied to the elastic element.
Supporting leg assembly of foldable bed frame and foldable bed frame having same
Disclosed are supporting leg assemblies and foldable bed frames. A supporting leg assembly includes a lateral bar, left and right legs, and left and right supporting pieces. The left and right legs are disposed under the left and right ends of the lateral bar, respectively. The left supporting piece is in contact with left sides of the left end of the lateral bar and the upper end of the left leg, and is fixedly coupled to the lateral bar and the left leg. The right supporting piece is in contact with right sides of the right end of the lateral bar and the upper end of the right leg, and is fixedly coupled to the first lateral bar and the right leg. The left and right supporting pieces are configured to connect and support sub-frames of a fold bed frame.
Folding, shippable, strong, inexpensive foundation for a mattress
A novel form of mattress foundation a part of bedding system having a capability for folding and portability with light weight and higher strength material where the mattress foundation comprising of metal structure made up of wire in square shape to provide a smooth surface and is cut into a head section and foot section hinged from middle to provide folding and unfolding possibility. The top outer ring of square tube is 14 legs that make up 6 pivoting circular pipes that when unfolded give the foundation the correct height and strength to act just like a normal foundation/box spring sleep system.
FOLDABLE ELECTRIC BED FRAME
A foldable electric bed frame that is relatively thinner in a folded state and easy to pack and transport includes a bed frame body, subframes, driving motors, bed boards, and detachable bed legs. The driving motors and the bed boards are connected to the bed frame body and the subframes. Flexible covering members are further comprised. The flexible covering members are arranged along the edges of the periphery of the bottom of the bed boards and are connected to the bottom of the bed boards through velcro or other detachable connecting members; and when the bed frame body is in a folded state, the flexible covering members are located between the stacked bed boards. The flexible covering members are arranged around the bed boards, and when the bed frame is folded, the flexible covering members are used as a buffering measure.
Foldable electric bed frame
A foldable electric bed frame is provided which comprises a bottom frame and a push rod; a first board and a second board hinged to each other are disposed on the top of the bottom frame, one end of the push rod is rotatably connected to a side edge of the second board through a connection device which comprises a height adjusting piece and a height locking piece; a distance from the height adjusting piece to the second board in a working state is larger than a distance from the height adjusting piece to the second board in a folded state, and the height locking piece locks a position of the height adjusting piece in the working state.
Adjustable power bed layer
An adjustable power bed layer that has a bed frame that folds from a flattened state to a folded state and from a flattened state to an adjusted state. The bed frame has an inner and outer frame that nest with each other in the flattened state. Head side and foot side actuators drive sliding members back and forth along respective tracks to pivot respective articulating frames between the flattened and adjusted states. The articulating frames are part of one of the inner and outer frames and the tracks are connected to the other of the inner and outer frames. In the folded state, the bed frame is positioned to that one of head side and foot side actuators becomes accessible for maintenance and servicing from above depending upon which way the bed frame is folded about its folding pivot.
MOTORIZED BED AND BED FRAME
Disclosed are motorized beds and bed frames. A motorized bed frame includes a lower frame and an upper frame disposed above the lower frame. At one or each of first and second sides of the motorized bed frame, the motorized bed frame also includes an actuating unit and a gearing unit to move and position an upper sub-frame of the upper frame with respective to the lower frame. The upper sub-frames at the first and sides can be independently positioned to meet individual needs. In some cases, the motorized bed frame includes additional or optional components to help dispersing the load and stabilizing the bed frame during operation.
COLLAPSIBLE BEDFRAME ASSEMBLY
A collapsible bedframe assembly includes a panel having a size to match a size of a mattress to be positioned on the panel. The panel has a break therein such that a first section and a second section of the panel are defined and are pivotably coupled together. A plurality of supports is pivotally attached to a bottom side of the panel and support the panel upwardly above a floor surface. Each of the supports is positionable in a stored condition folded against the bottom side or in a deployed condition extending downward from the bottom side. A locking member engages each of the supports to retain the supports in the deployed condition. The locking member is elongated and extends between and releasably engages at least two of the supports.
FOLDABLE ELECTRIC BED
Disclosed is a foldable electric bed, which includes a head bed frame and a foot bed frame. The head bed frame has a male plate, and the foot bed frame has a female plate. The male plate and the female plate are pin-connected to each other through a pin shaft. One of the head bed frame and the foot bed frame is rotatable relative to the other one thereof by means of the pin shaft between a horizontal position and a folded position. In the folded position, the head bed frame and the foot bed frame are folded together facing each other, and both the head frame and the foot bed frame have gaps for accommodating elements that project from the bed frames.
Collapsible, folding mattress support with a headboard and a footboard that fold out
A foldable mattress support includes a headboard, a central hinge portion and first and second portions of a bedboard frame. The first and second portions are pivotally attached to the central hinge. A longer first strut is pivotally attached at a first location to a side bar of the first portion and at a third location to a post of the headboard. A shorter second strut is pivotally attached at a second location to the side bar and at a fourth location to the post. The second location is closer to the head end of the first portion than is the first location, and the fourth location is closer to the top of the post than is the third location. The struts rotate the headboard from an unfolded state that is perpendicular to the first portion down to being parallel and adjacent to the first portion in a collapsed state.
