Collapsible, Folding Mattress Support with a Headboard and a Footboard that Fold Out
A foldable mattress support includes a headboard, a central hinge portion and first and second portions of a bedboard frame. The first and second portions are pivotally attached to the central hinge. A longer first strut is pivotally attached at a first location to a side bar of the first portion and at a third location to a post of the headboard. A shorter second strut is pivotally attached at a second location to the side bar and at a fourth location to the post. The second location is closer to the head end of the first portion than is the first location, and the fourth location is closer to the top of the post than is the third location. The struts rotate the headboard from an unfolded state that is perpendicular to the first portion down to being parallel and adjacent to the first portion in a collapsed state.
SINGLE FOLDING SOFA BEDSTEAD
A single folding sofa bedstead includes a bedstead frame body, a frame assembly, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly, a first linkage rod group, and a second linkage rod group. The frame assembly has a first frame, a second frame, and a third frame. The first frame is pivotally connected to one side of the second frame, and the third frame is pivotally connected to the other side of the second frame. One end of the first connecting rod assembly is pivotally connected to the first frame, and the other end of the first connecting rod assembly is pivotally connected to the bedstead frame body. One end of the second connecting rod assembly is pivotally connected to the second frame, and the other end of the second connecting rod assembly is pivotally connected to the bedstead frame body.
Collapsable foundation
A bed can include one or more connectors for connecting components of the bed. For example, a frame can include a fastening mechanism for releasably connecting a cross-member to a longitudinal support. Another example includes connectors for connecting and aligning a foundation with a frame.
FOLDABLE MATTRESS SUPPORT
The present disclosure provides a 4-fold foldable mattress support. The lower frame of foldable mattress support, which will be on the inside after folding, can be folded further inwardly by adding a set of hinge brackets. Therefore the edges of inner frames will not extend beyond the edges of outer frames in folding state. This can reduce the packing size and with simple structure. Further the present disclosure provides that strips on the cover used to grab unfolding the mattress support, as well as folding or unfolding with two ends of cover.
Mattress Frame
A mattress frame includes a mattress frame body, a first frame movably disposed on a front side of the mattress frame body; a second frame movably disposed on a rear side of the mattress frame body; at least one connecting member is disposed between the first frame and the second frame; when the mattress frame body is in the unfolded configuration, the first frame, the second frame and the at least two connecting members are extended. When the mattress frame body is in the folded configuration, at least one of the first frame, the second frame and the at least two connecting members are adjusted so that the area of an orthographic projection of the mattress frame body on a horizontal plane is smaller than the area of an orthographic projection of the mattress frame body on a horizontal plane in the unfolded configuration.
REINFORCING STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING MIDDLE FOLDING POSITION OF BED FRAME AND BED FRAME
The bed frame includes a bed frame body, two frames, and a supporting leg connected to the middle folding position of the bed frame body. The supporting leg is configured to be in an unfolded or folded state. The reinforcing structure includes a sliding sleeve sleeved on the supporting leg and pivotally connected to a connecting rod pivotally connected to a respective one of the two frames. The respective one of the two frames, the connecting rod, and the supporting leg form a triangular supporting structure in the unfolded state. The connecting rod is operatively coupled to the supporting leg to enable the sliding sleeve to have a certain amount of displacement along a length direction of the supporting leg. The reinforcing structure includes a locking structure disposed between the supporting leg and the sliding sleeve to enable the sliding sleeve to be locked in the unfolded state.
Bed frame connector
A bed frame connector is connectable between upper and lower lateral bars of a foldable bed frame. The bed frame connector includes an L-shaped plate structure that includes a straight body and an angled section extending outward from an end of the straight body. A pivot hole is formed in an end of the straight body and the angled section. The straight body includes two support blocks that project from an edge thereof intersecting the angled section. The two support blocks are positionable between and respectively abutting the upper and lower lateral bars. The present invention has a simple structure and a reduced manufacturing cost and provides secure support and smooth foldability.
FOLDABLE BED
The present invention discloses a foldable bed comprising a bed frame, a first railing, a second railing, and a folding assembly, wherein the bed frame includes a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the first connecting rod being rotatably connected to the first railing, the second connecting rod being rotatably connected to the second railing, the first connecting rod being connected to the second connecting rod by the folding assembly to have a foldable connection, and wherein the folding assembly includes a first folding piece and a second folding piece, the first folding piece being rotatably connected to the first connecting rod, the second folding piece being rotatably connected to the second connecting rod, and the first folding piece being rotatably connected to the second folding piece. An end of the first connecting rod nearest to the second connecting rod can be retracted upward and an end of the second connecting rod nearest to the first connecting rod can be retracted upwards, such that the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and the bed frame is changed from an unfolded state to a folded state. The foldable bed can thus be effectively folded, making it convenient to fold and store the bed.
Foldable mattress foundation
A mattress foundation includes a top frame and a bottom frame. Bracket assemblies are between the top frame and the bottom frame. The bottom frame has a first bottom segment and a second bottom segment each rotatably connected to bracket assemblies. The top frame has a first top segment and the second top segment each rotatably connected to bracket assemblies. The first bottom segment, the second bottom segment, the first top segment, and the second top segment are rotatable relative to each other and the bracket assemblies between a folded position and an unfolded position.
Multifunctional collapsible platform
The present invention provides a collapsible bed frame and a collapsible bed. The collapsible bed frame includes two side bed frames and a plurality of transverse boards, and the plurality of transverse boards are spaced between the two side bed frames. Each side bed frame includes a plurality of collapsible units, hinged to the transverse boards through first hinge elements, and a second hinge element is provided in a middle portion of each collapsible unit, so that the collapsible bed frame is transformable between an expanded state and a collapsed state. Each collapsible unit includes a first side plate and a second side plate. A front surface of the first side plate or the second side plate includes at least a first region and a second region, and the first region protrudes outward relative to the second region. According to the collapsible bed provided in the present invention, the first region on the first side plate or the second side plate protrudes outward relative to the second region. In this way, the stability of the collapsible bed frame in the expanded state can be enhanced.
