Connectors for collapsible bed frame and collapsible bed frame having same
Disclosed are connectors and collapsible bed frames. A collapsible bed frame includes first and second frame units disposed side by side. Each of the first and second frame units comprises a plurality of bar units with adjacent bar units rotatably connected with each other. A collapsible bed frame also includes an inner lateral bar unit disposed between the first and second frame units, and rotatably connected with the first and second frame units. During contraction and expansion, the first frame unit, the second frame unit and the inner lateral bar unit remain substantially on a first plane defined by a top surface of the collapsible bed frame when it is expanded.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A ROLLAWAY FOLDING BED
Systems and methods for use of a rollaway folding bed system are described. The rollaway folding bed system can include a mattress and a frame configured to be moveable between a deployed state and a stored state. The rollaway folding bed can include a rigid frame and sections of support grid affixed to the bars to provide support to the mattress. The rigid frame can also have moveable supports that can moved between a folded position and a stored position. The rigid frame can include central supports having hinges to facilitate moving the rollaway folding bed from a stored position and a deployed position. The crossbars can include lockable wheels affixed at opposing ends of the cross bars and positioned beyond an outer edge of the rollaway folding bed system when in a stored position to provide stability to the rollaway folding bed system.
ELECTRIC BED HAVING NO BED BOARD AND BEING COVERED IN MATERIAL
An electric bed having no bed board and being covered with a surface material includes: a foldable bedframe jointed through connectors and connected with bed legs, overturningly foldable frames disposed on the bedframe, a drive device disposed on the bedframe (1), a surface material covered directly onto a plurality of frames, and a tensioning mechanism for tensioning the surface material at a surface of the frames; the tensioning mechanism includes embedded strips and pipes, and may further include a clamp fastener; when the surface material is in a tensioned state, an embedded strip connected at one end of the surface material is limited within a limiting slot of a pipe at one side, and another embedded strip connected at another end of the surface material is limited within a limiting slot of another pipe at the opposite side.
FOUNDATION AND FRAME FOR BED
A bed can include one or more connectors for connecting components of the bed. For example, a frame can include a fastening mechanism for releasably connecting a cross-member to a longitudinal support. Another example includes connectors for connecting and aligning a foundation with a frame.
Zero gap foldable powered bed
A zero gap foldable powered bed comprises a bed frame and a sliding mechanism disposed upon said bed frame. The bed further comprises back, lumbar, seat, thigh, and leg decks operatively connected to the sliding mechanism, and the bed frame includes a head end frame member which is disposed within a vertically oriented plane. Linear actuators are operatively connected to the back and leg decks, and when the back deck is elevated or lowered, the sliding mechanism slides upon the bed frame so as to maintain the head end frame member, to which a headboard may be attached, within the vertically oriented plane such that a free end portion of the back deck will always be disposed immediately adjacent to the vertically oriented plane such that the back and shoulders of a person, lying or sitting upon the bed, will remain close to a nightstand, which may be disposed close to the bed, such that articles disposed upon the nightstand are always readily accessible.
Shippable Foldable Bed Foundation
A shippable and foldable bed foundation for supporting a bed mattress. The bed foundation includes a base including a first frame having a bottom and a top, a second frame having a bottom and a top, and a connector pivotally connecting the second frame to the first frame. The first frame and the second frame are selectively pivotal with respect to one another about a pivot axis, such that the first frame and the second frame are selectively pivotal with respect to one another between an open unfolded position wherein the tops of the first frame and the second frame are generally coplanar and are adapted to support the bed mattress and a closed folded position wherein the base is folded and the top of the second frame overlies the top of the first frame.
Lightweight foldable bed with reinforcing unit
A foldable bed includes first and second base frames, first and second rods fixed respectively to the first and second base frames, a first support frame mounted turnably to the first base frame, a first jack member coupled between the first rod and the first support frame for driving movement of the first support frame, and at least one reinforcing unit. The reinforcing unit includes a first reinforcing plate mounted on one of the first and second rods. When the first and second base frames are in an unfolded position, the first reinforcing plate is brought into abutting engagement with the other one of the first and second rods so as to distribute a pressure from the first jack member to the second base frame through the second rod.
Foldable and shippable adjustable bed assembly
A bed assembly includes a foldable multi-section bed base and a compressible mattress. The decking of the bed base defines a cavity in a folded position, and the compressible mattress is contained within the cavity. The decking also including folded portions to further decrease the dimensions of the bed assembly in the folded position.
Furniture objects
A furniture object, configured to store a foldable bed, may include a fixed panel and a foldable support platform including distal and proximate support panels. The fixed panel may include a bottom panel, an upper surface of the bottom panel at least partially defining a bottom inner surface of a compartment within an interior of the furniture object. The proximate support panel may be hingeably connected at opposite edges to the distal support panel and the one or more fixed panels via separate hingeable connections. The foldable support platform may between a folded position and a deployed position via a scissors-type motion. In the folded position, the foldable support platform may partially enclose the compartment. In the deployed position, the foldable support platform and bottom panel may collectively define a sleeping platform that structurally supports a bed resting on the proximate and distal support panels and the bottom panel.
BED SKELETON OF IRON FRAME BED
A bed skeleton of an iron frame bed comprises a rectangular frame, a plurality of frame rods, and two or three longitudinal beams. The rectangular frame comprises two transverse rods and two longitudinal rods. A length of each of the two transverse rods is greater than a length of each of the two longitudinal rods. The two or three longitudinal beams divide the rectangular frame into three or four individual cells. The plurality of frame rods are evenly disposed in the three or four individual cells. Each of the plurality of frame rods is arranged transversely. A length of each of the plurality of frame rods is shorter than a length of each of the two or three longitudinal beams, and each end of each of the plurality of frame rods is connected to one of the two longitudinal rods or one of the two or three longitudinal beams.
