DRY LUBRICANT FOR CONVEYING CONTAINERS
The passage of a container along a conveyor is lubricated by applying to the container or conveyor a mixture of a water-miscible silicone material and a water-miscible lubricant. The mixture can be applied in relatively low amounts, to provide thin, substantially non-dripping lubricating films. In contrast to dilute aqueous lubricants, the lubricants of the invention provide drier lubrication of the conveyors and containers, a cleaner conveyor line and reduced lubricant usage, thereby reducing waste, cleanup and disposal problems.
COATING METHOD OF A COMPOSITE COATING ON A SLIDE, SLIDE AND USE METHOD THEREOF
A composite coating includes a water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat and a nano-silicon varnish. The coating method of the composite coating on the slide includes uniformly stirring the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat, then coating the surface of the slide with the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat; rolling patterns on the surface of the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat by using a sponge embossing roller before the surface of the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat dries; and after rolling is completed, place to dry, and then coat the nano-silicon varnish to form a smooth surface after confirming the surface of the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat has dried. The sponge embossing roller is used for rolling the patterns before the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat has not dried, so that the contact area with the nano-silicon varnish is increased, indirectly promoting the adhesion ability of the nano-silicon varnish and ensuring the firmness of the composite coating.
Silicone-based defoamer composition
Provided is a silicone anti-foaming agent composition that not only has superior anti-foaming speed but also in which anti-foaming performance is not reduced even when used repeatedly or over a long period. The composition comprises: a polyorganosiloxane polymer crosslinked product having a polyoxyalkylene group, which includes: moiety structure (I): -R.sup.1-(R.sup.2.sub.2SiO).sub.d-R.sup.1(where R.sup.1 represents an alkylene group bonded to a silicon atom on the polysiloxane chain, R.sup.2 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and d is 200 to 1000); and moiety structure (II): (C.sub.eH.sub.2e)O(EO).sub.x-(PO).sub.y-(BO).sub.z-R.sup.3 (where a single bond on the left end is bonded to a silicon atom on the polysiloxane chain, R.sup.3 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group or an acyl group, e is 2 to 10, (x+y+z) is 40 to 100, x is 15 to 50, y is 15 to 50, and z is 0 to 50).
REFRIGERATOR OIL COMPOSITION AND MIXED COMPOSITION FOR REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator oil composition used in a refrigerant containing one or more unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compounds selected from compounds represented by the following general formula (1): C.sub.xF.sub.yH.sub.z (1), wherein x is an integer of 2 to 6, y is an integer of 1 to 11, z is an integer of 1 to 11, and there are one or more carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds in the molecule, the refrigerator oil composition containing a base oil (A) that includes polyvinyl ether, a modified silicone compound (B), and a specific epoxy compound (C).
