PRECISION BAKING SYSTEM

A precision baking system includes a baking vessel that defines a vertical direction. The baking vessel includes a base wall and at least one sidewall. An aperture is formed in one of the base wall and the sidewall. The precision baking system also includes a temperature probe. The temperature probe includes a tip and a temperature sensor within the tip. The temperature probe is sized to extend through the aperture such that the tip of the temperature probe is spaced from the base wall and the sidewall of the baking vessel when the temperature probe is fully inserted into the baking vessel through the aperture.

Embodiments generally include a first part and second part that are configured to be joined together along a seam. When configured, an outer surface is created and an inner surface cavity which creates a contiguous internal hollow space in the form of a three-dimensional shape is formed. A portion of this internal hollow space forms a cup. The cup can be circular shaped or a different shape entirely such as a square. The mold may provide a means for supporting the mold in its designated position. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking pan or to a single stand-alone cup.

PAN FOR BAKING BREAD

A pan for breaking bread includes a plurality of baking molds, a plate acting as a cover of the pan, and means to prevent the raising of the plate as the bread is baked inside the molds. The means to prevent the raising of the plate includes a fastening device associated to a structure of the pan. The fastening device includes at least one hook, which is hingedly joined to a shaft of the structure. The hook is susceptible to catching a portion of the plate when it tilts on the shaft.
