Waffle Maker
20220104655 · 2022-04-07 · ·

The present technology provides a device, such as a waffle form, that uses an alternative heat source to cook a waffle instead of an internal heating element or a direct flame. The waffle form includes upper and lower elements to allow the waffle maker to be closed to create a sealed interior cooking environment and then placed in a chamber to allow circulated heated air to heat the surface of the waffle maker. The upper element may have configurable shapes, such as concave or convex, to create waffles of different shapes or to allow stuffing ingredients to be baked into the waffle. The waffle maker may use connections and a fastening mechanism to allow the waffle maker to be suspended from rotisserie connections in a multi-purpose cooker, such as an air fryer, rotated around an axis, and removed after the waffle is fully cooked.

Method for producing panigacci

A method and an apparatus for making panigacci. The method includes the steps of prearranging a plurality of dishes in terracotta; heating the dishes at a temperature higher than 280-300° C. to make a plurality of hot dishes; arranging a first hot dish in a plane, and distributing a first dose of dough; arranging a second hot dish on the first dish, in order to squeeze the dough between the two dishes, and distributing a second dose of dough on the second dish, and the like with following arranging and distributing, up to an end of the plurality of hot dishes, by making a stack of hot dishes interspersed by dough, with subsequent cooking of the dough and preparing panigacci after separating the dishes by the stack. Before the step of arranging a step is provided of exposition of each hot dish at a temperature sensor, and a step of measuring the temperature T of each hot dish with production of a signal of temperature that is provided to a control unit. Furthermore, a step is provided of comparison of the temperature T with limit values T1 and T2 by the control unit, which is configured to provide a consent signal in case that T1<T<T2. The step of distributing is made by a distribution unit that provides to the dish a predetermined dose of dough. The distribution unit being operated through the control unit to provide the dose in the presence of the consent.

Implemented is a metal baking pan that utilizes a silicone removable base that securely and sturdily engages with a rim on the baking pan's interior surface, in which the removable base includes an embossed design that can be translated to a cake when cake batter is poured into the baking pan. The baking pan includes a cavity that extends from a top side to a bottom side thereof. The baking pan's interior surface is adapted with a protrusion that functions as a rim which extends into and around a perimeter of the cavity. The rim is present so an edge of the removable base can engage with and rest against the rim, thereby making the base removable and creating an ecosystem of bases with different designs that can be used with the baking pan.

FLEXIBLE CONTAINER

A flexible container includes a tray made of silica gel. The tray is integrally formed with at least one placement cavity with an opening at its top portion. A peripheral flange extends outward from a peripheral edge of the tray. The peripheral flange continuously surrounds the peripheral edge of the tray, and the peripheral flange is embedded with a reinforcing ring. A cross-section of the reinforcing ring has a longitudinal length greater than a lateral length. The invention adopts the reinforcing ring with its cross-section having the longitudinal length greater than the lateral length as a frame reinforcing element, and the reinforcing ring is embedded in the peripheral flange extending outwardly from the edge of the tray.

A baking attachment for a kitchen appliance has an outer container with inner walls enclosing a receiving compartment and an insertion opening on an upper side. A preparation container is arranged in the receiving compartment. A heating device is provided in an intermediate space between a base and side walls of the preparation container and inner walls of outer container. A mixing and kneading mechanism and a cover for the insertion opening are provided. The outer container detachably inserts into a receiving section of the kitchen appliance base. A free end of a rotary shaft of the mixing and kneading mechanism arranged in a connection section has a first coupling section for rotationally fixed connection to a second coupling section on a drive shaft of the kitchen appliance base. Electrical contact elements of the heating device in the connection section detachable connect to electrical contacts of a kitchen appliance base.

FLEXIBLE, INTERLOCKING, BAKING MOLD ASSEMBLY WITH APERTURE THAT BAKES COMESTIBLES IN COMPLEX SHAPES AND PEELS APART AT THE INTERLOCKING SEAL AFTERWARDS
20210274792 · 2021-09-09 ·

A two piece mold assembly is comprised of flexible material, suitable for baking wherein the two pieces are joined together in a vertical orientation or a stacked orientation and held together by an interlocking seal structure. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an aperture in the top of the mold assembly that is either defined by one or more of the two pieces. The interlocking seal prevents egression of injected liquid from extruding outside the mold assembly. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product at the interlocking seal structure.
