A body support pillow design having a top head pillow with a pillowcase that preferably includes a head pillow insert. The two bottom corners of connect to four total side pillows comprising two side arm pillows and two side leg pillows. Individual corners of the side pillows are attached by connecting joints with each body length side divided into two preferably even, separate parts extending longitudinally that can move with flexibility to be positioned for optimal comfort between the user's arms and legs when laying down in a left or right-side position. The body support pillow may be assembled into a compact, attractive unit for easy storage, display and travel purposes. A portable frame apparatus and associated methods of use are disclosed. The apparatus includes a frame. The frame includes a first support member, a second support member, and at least one connecting member. A support apparatus for positioning an individual's arm while the individual is in a supine position comprising a first portion configured to rest across the midsection of an individual's body and a second portion configured to rest alongside the individual's upper body. The first portion and the second portion both comprise a top surface and a bottom surface and at least one of the top surface of the first portion and the top surface of the second portion are further indented to receive one or more parts of the individual's arm. The frame includes a first support member, a second support member, and at least one connecting member. A spooning pillow system and a method of using the same is provided. The spooning pillow system and method embodies a spooning pillow having an arm cavity adapted for a rearward individual in a spooning configuration may comfortably position their underlying arm therein. The spooning pillow system may also include a spooning pillowcase with connector flaps interconnecting the spooning pillowcase with auxiliary pillowcases encasing convention pillows so that the encased conventional pillows are movably attached to the spooning pillowcase. Thereby the encased convention pillows may be moved between an uncovered condition and a covered condition covering the arm cavity so that the spooning individuals can rest their heads on the conventional pillows.
