An adjustable body pillow with connectors for arranging the pillow in multiple configurations. The pillow includes a center section, a first shorter leg, a second longer leg, and a plurality of connectors. Each connector is connectable to each other connector. The connectors include a first connector on the free end of the shorter leg, a second connector on the outer periphery of the body pillow at the junction between the other end of the shorter leg and one end of the center section, a third connector in the body receiving space at the junction between one end of the longer leg and the other end of the center section, and a fourth connector on the free end of the longer leg. Using the connectors, the body pillow can be arranged in various positions depending on the changing needs of the user.

A pillow or body support system is disclosed that includes a body having a first end section, a second end section, and a middle section located between the first and second sections, and where the first and second section are configured and adapted to be less compressible than the middle section. The first end section, the second end section, and the middle section of the pillow are formed of compressible foam and the cross-sectional shape of the first and second end sections along their width is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the middle section along its width. The thickness of the first end section, the second end section, and the middle section in an embodiment varies along their width.

The prone pregnancy pillow comprising an early stage segment and a later stage segment that can be used separately or in conjunction with each other to slightly elevate the pelvis of the patient when lying in the prone position to relieve tension on the utero sacral ligamentous structures. The early stage segment and later stage segment each have abdominal holes through the center of each to operably receive the abdominal area of the patient.

A multilayered, adjustable mattress system with orbital springs comprised of a removeable, fire resistant cover for enclosing the top of the mattress, a zipper having a predetermined zipper track along the bottom of the mattress, wherein the zipper can unzip the removable cover in both directions, a top foam cover, and an open box, rectangular, mattress encasement divided into two head sections, two body sections, and two feet sections.
