Sleeping or reclining furniture with a sensor
The invention relates to a piece of sleeping or reclining furniture, comprising a support element (2) for applying a padding or a mattress and at least one sensor (12) for detecting vibrations, movement, and/or sound. The piece of sleeping or reclining furniture is characterized in that the at least one sensor (12) is arranged at a section (120) of the support element (2) that is decoupled from further sections of the support element (2) and/or of the sleeping or reclining furniture.
Transmission device of hospital bed
A transmission device of a hospital bed, the hospital bed includes a body, a head, and a bed end. The transmission device contains: a main motor, a connection rod unit, and a driver. The main motor is disposed on a bottom of the body and includes a socket. The connection rod unit includes a first fixing rod connected to the head and a second fixing rod connected to the bed end. The driver is mounted on the main motor and includes an accommodation space, a driving motor, a reducer, a power cable, and a drive shaft. The first case has a first coupling orifice, and the second case has a second coupling orifice. The power cable is connected between the socket and the driving motor so as to supply a power to the driving motor and to lift or descend the head and the bed end synchronously.
MOTORIZED FURNITURE
A motorized furniture according to embodiments of the present invention includes a control unit. The control unit transitions to a first falling asleep operation at second time where the elapse of time since first time, where the sleep of a user of the motorized furniture is detected, is equal to or larger than a first time threshold. The control unit performs a second falling asleep operation when a variation of a signal corresponding to a biological signal of the user in a first period during the first falling asleep operation is smaller than the variation in a first prior period, which exists prior to the first period, during the first falling asleep operation or when the absolute value of a difference between the variation in the first period and the variation in the first prior period is smaller than a first variation threshold. In the second falling asleep operation, the control unit performs at least one of: an operation of decreasing the inclination of a section of the motorized furniture; an operation of decreasing the gap between the height of a head part of a mattress of the motorized furniture and the height of a waist part of the mattress; and an operation of decreasing the difference between the pressure in the head part and the pressure in the waist part. The embodiments provide a motorized furniture capable of offering more comfortable sleep.
PORTABLE AND ADJUSTABLE BED HAVING MULTIPLE BED SECTIONS WITH INDEPENDENT CONTROL
An adjustable bed includes a frame structure having a first frame, a second frame, and a pair of connection bars detachably connecting the first frame and the second frame to one another; a plurality of platforms having two or more back platforms disposed on the first frame and two or more lower limb platforms disposed on the second frame; and an adjustable assembly comprising two or more back lifting assemblies coupled with the first frame and two or more leg lifting assemblies coupled with the second frame for individually adjusting each of the two or more back platforms and the two or more lower limb platforms in desired positions.
HINGE AND ELECTRIC BED USING THE SAME
A hinge includes identical first and second members each having a base portion with an end surface, a long arm with a pivot hole and a middle abutment surface and a short arm with a rear abutment surface both extending from the end surface, and an extension arm having a front abutment and extending from the long arm. A pivot is inserted through the pivot holes to couple the first and second members in a way that the hinge is limited in a range of pivotal angle and can bear a weight of human body, such that the hinge can be applied to an electric bed. An electric bed equipped with the hinge and an actuator for sequentially driving head and back supporting frames is disclosed with simple structure and function of convenient assembly.
FOLDABLE ELECTRIC BED
A foldable electric bed includes a base mount having a pivot portion, and a swivel mount pivotally connected with the pivot portion by a first shaft, such that the swivel mount is swivelable relative to the base mount between first and second positions due to the limit of first and second abutment portions of the base mount. An actuator has a first end pivotally connected with the swivel mount by a second shaft, and a second end pivotally connected with a moveable frame such that the moveable frame is drivenable by the actuator to swivel relative to the base mount. When the swivel mount is swiveled from the first position to the second position, a position of the second shaft is lifted.
Electromotive furniture drive, and item of functional furniture having an electromotive furniture drive
The invention relates to an electromotive furniture drive for adjusting movable furniture parts (5, 6) of an item of functional furniture (1), having a control device (9), at least one adjusting drive (7, 8) with an electric motor, and at least one evaluation circuit (10) with an input (11, 12), which evaluation circuit can be electrically conductively connected to a sensor, which is attached to the item of functional furniture (1), and forms a proximity and/or contact detector together with said sensor. The electromotive furniture drive is distinguished in that at least two proximity and/or contact detectors are formed by in each case one sensor or a group of sensors together with the at least one evaluation circuit (10), it being possible for said proximity and/or contact detectors to be assigned to different moving furniture parts (5, 6) of the item of functional furniture (1). The invention further relates to an item of functional furniture (1) having at least two groups of movable furniture parts (5, 6) and an electromotive furniture drive of this kind.
Adjustable bed with slidable assemblies
An adjustable bed includes a head frame assembly, a first slidable assembly having a slidable assembly base and slidable assembly sides slidable within lower C steel brackets; head lift arm bracket assemblies pivotally connected to the slidable assembly sides; and a head lift platform mounted on the head lift arm bracket assemblies, an upper seat platform mounted on the first slidable assembly, and a lower seat platform movably attached onto the higher C steel bracket; a second slidable assembly with a spacing bracket having a guiding slot mounted on the slidable assembly base and the fixing bracket being mounted on the lower seat platform, and the connecting bolt mounted on the fixing bracket and received in the guiding slot; and a head lift motor secured to the head frame assembly for operably driving the head lift arm bracket assemblies in head lift forward or backward direction.
FOLDABLE ELECTRIC BED
A foldable electric bed comprises a front frame, a rear frame and several pieces of bed boards. The front frame is provided with a front base which is fixedly provided with a front supporting part used for supporting the bed boards arranged at the front frame. The rear frame is provided with a rear base which is fixedly provided with a rear supporting part used for supporting the bed boards arranged at the rear frame. The front base and the rear base are articulated at an articulating shaft through a connector and an axle pin, such that the front frame and the rear frame are able to fold between an unfolded position and a folded position in relation to each other. At the unfolded position, the front frame and the rear frame are adjacent to each other along the horizontal direction.
Mattress Thermal Management System
The disclosure generally relates to a mattress thermal management system, for example a mattress cooling and/or heating system and in particular incorporating an airflow spacer and/or a suction- and/or discharge-based cooling and/or heating system. Deck-mounted fans beneath a mattress operate in various embodiments to induce a uniform suction flow, a uniform discharge flow, and/or a combined suction/discharge (circulating) flow that enhances the cooling and/or heating rate of the mattress. The mattress thermal management system can be incorporated into a conventional mattress/bed system or into an adjustable bed system. Further, the mattress thermal management system including an airflow spacer can be incorporated into a cover for a conventional mattress foundation or adjustable bed foundation. In another aspect, the disclosure relates to a remote control that controls an adjustable bed and is configured with a children's safety lock feature.
