NOVEL DETACHABLE BED FRAME ASSEMBLY MECHANISM
The present invention relates to the field of bed frame structures, and in particular, to a novel detachable bed frame assembly mechanism. The novel detachable bed frame assembly mechanism includes a bed frame body. The bed frame body includes an outer frame, an inner frame, and two sets of wooden strips. The outer frame is a rectangular frame including two horizontal tubes, two lateral tubes, four L-shaped iron-plate connectors, bolts, and nuts. The inner frame includes at least one horizontal connecting tube, a plurality of lateral connecting tubes, iron sheets, bolts, and nuts. The two sets of wooden strips are symmetrically disposed on the horizontal connecting tube and the horizontal tubes on both sides of the horizontal connecting tube and are parallel to the lateral tubes, to connect the horizontal connecting tube to the horizontal tubes. The invention is easy to assemble and disassemble and is safe and reliable.
Patient Turning Device For A Patient Support Apparatus
A patient turning device for a patient support apparatus. The patient turning device includes a first and second bladder assembly each including a plurality of layers and seals defining a bladder volume. The bladder volumes are selectively inflatable with fluid to expand the respective bladder assembly, and consequently move a patient support surface of the patient support apparatus. A portion of a lower layer of the first bladder assembly and a portion of an upper layer of the second bladder assembly define an overlapping region of the bladder volumes. The patient turning device is coupled to an underside of a carrier sheet and positioned between a crib assembly and a bottom cover. An augmenting feature is configured to resiliently expand as at least one of the first and second bladder assemblies receives the fluid to move at least a portion of the crib assembly away from a patient support deck.
Zipper Mattress Attachment
A system can include a zipper that connects a mattress to a bed foundation. For example, the zipper can extend from a head end to a foot end of an adjustable foundation. For another example, a zipper can connect to a mattress along a seam of the mattress and/or to a foundation along a seam of a foundation. For another example, a first zipper can connect the mattress core to a second zipper and the second zipper can connect a foundation to the first zipper. For another example, first and second zippers can be substantially vertically aligned.
MODULAR PNEUMATIC ACTUATION SYSTEM FOR HEAD TILT AND LUMBAR SUPPORTS IN AN ADJUSTABLE BED
A pneumatic adjustment module is attachable to a support panel of an adjustable bed. The module has a base received on a support panel of the bed and a tilt panel attached to the base with a vertex hinge. A bladder is positioned between the base and tilt panel, the bladder having a plurality of expansion segments, each expansion segment pneumatically expandable from a deflated condition to an inflated condition. The tilt panel is substantially parallel to the base in the deflated condition and in the inflated condition has an effectively triangular expanded cross section with a vertex proximate the vertex hinge providing the tilt panel with a tilt angle with respect to the base.
ADJUSTABLE BED SYSTEM WITH SPLIT HEAD AND SPLIT FOOT CONFIGURATION
A sleep system comprises an air posturizing module having a case, the case comprising a first case section extending medially along a length of the case to define a movable first section, a second case section adjacent to the first case section and extending along a length of the case to define a movable second section, a third case section defining a third posturing section, a fourth case section extending medially along a length of the case to define a movable third section, and a fifth case section extending medially along a length of the case to define a movable fourth section. One or more first air chambers are carried in the first, third and fourth case sections to provide a first sleep area, and one or more second air chambers are carried in the second, third, and fifth module sections to provide a second sleep area.
Pump and valve combination for bladder adjustment
A pump and valve combination for bladder adjustment is revealed and including a fluid supply member, a valve member and a bypass line. The fluid supply member includes a head end and a tail end. A bottom cover is disposed on the tail end and the fluid supply member provides fluid to the bottom cover through the tail end. The valve member is arranged at the head end and communicating with bladders. The valve member includes a valve cap fixed on the head end, a solenoid operated directional control valve, and an air supply tube. Two ends of the bypass line are connected to the bottom cover and an air input end of the air supply tube, respectively. An input portion and an output portion of the solenoid operated directional control valve are connected to an air output end of the air supply tube and the bladder respectively.
Bed with an arm and sensor assembly
A bed includes a frame installed horizontally with respect to a floor, a plate installed over the frame and having an end portion that is inclined upward with respect to the frame, an arm that supports the plate over the lower side of the plate, and a sensor attached to the arm.
Zero gravity bed
A bed frame is provided that includes a lower frame and an upper frame having a first section, a second section and a third section. The second section is positioned between the first section and the third section. The first section is pivotable relative to the lower frame. The third section is fixed relative to the lower frame. The second section is pivotable relative to the first section and the third section. A lifting assembly includes a first end that is coupled to the lower frame and a second end that is coupled to the second section. The lifting assembly is configured to selectively move the second section toward and away from the lower frame.
