Solution for removing various types of deposits from a surface
The invention relates to the field of removing various types of deposits from a surface, specifically to means for cleaning metallic and ceramic surfaces of industrial equipment, and can be used for removing deposits, such as oxides of metals (iron, chromium, nickel, etc.), carbonate and salt deposits, asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits and deposits of a petroleum nature, and deposits of an organic and biological deposits. The proposed solution for removing various types of deposits contains hydrogen peroxide, complexone, an anti-foaming agent, water-soluble calixarene and water in the following ratio: hydrogen peroxide, a catalyst for decomposing peroxide compounds, an antifoaming agent, complexone, water-soluble calixarene and water in the following quantitative ratio:2-35% by mass of hydrogen peroxide; 2-20% by mass of a catalyst for decomposing peroxide compounds; 3-10% by mass of complexone; 0.1-5% by mass of surface-active agent; 0.01%-1.0% by mass of anti-foaming agent; 0.01-1% by mass of water-soluble calixarene, with the remainder being water. The technical result is an increase in the effectiveness of action of a solution (degree of cleaning) for cleaning surfaces soiled with deposits having a high content of organic substances, while simultaneously extending the field of use of said solution.
Use of filler blend to reduce turbidity and discoloration of unit dose detergent composition
A detergent composition includes a surfactant component including a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate in an amount of from about 10 to about 35 wt % actives, an alkoxylated alcohol in an amount of from about 10 to about 30 wt % actives, water in a total amount of from about 10 to about 27 wt %, sodium and/or potassium hydroxide in an amount of from about 2 to about 4 wt % actives, an acidic defoamer in an amount of from about 1 to about 10 wt % actives, and a filler in an amount of at least about 25 wt % actives. The filler includes (1) propylene glycol, (2) glycerin, and (3) high fructose corn syrup in a weight ratio of actives of about (0 to 0.5):(0 to 0.5):(0.5 to 0.95). The composition includes less than 5 wt % actives of an alcohol ethoxy sulfate and less than 0.1 wt % actives of monoethanolamine.
Aryl substituted organopolysiloxane antifoaming agent and method for manufacturing said antifoaming agent
An antifoaming agent including: (A) an organopolysiloxane having a hydrolysable group shown by the formula (1) on at least one silicon atom of an organopolysiloxane segment constituting a main chain and containing siloxy units shown by the formula (2) at an amount of at least 10 mol % of the total, (B) a non-linear organosilicon resin other than the organopolysiloxane of component (A); and (C) a hydrophobic filler, and a method for manufacturing thereof. ##STR00001##
(where X represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; and R each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms) ##STR00002##
(where R.sup.1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms; and R.sup.2 represents an organic group having an aryl group and 6 to 12 carbon atoms, optionally containing an oxygen atom or a halogen atom)
Linear silicone polyether foam control agent
A foam control agent comprising a linear polyorganosiloxane-polyoxyalkylene block copolymer comprising a single block of polyorganosiloxane having a DP of from 10 to 200 and a single block polyoxyalkylene block having a DP of from 2 to 60.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION FOR METAL PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR CLEANING METAL PRODUCT USING SAID DETERGENT COMPOSITION
A detergent composition for metal product, which contains an amine (component A) represented by a general formula (I), a salt (component B′) of a dicarboxylic acid (component B) represented by a general formula (II): HOOC—R.sup.4—COOH (II) and the amine (component A), a salt (component C′) of a monocarboxylic acid (component C) represented by a general formula (III): R.sup.5—COOH (III) and the amine (component A), a nonionic surfactant (component D) represented by a general formula (IV): R.sup.6—O-{(EO)n/(PO)m}-H (IV), and water (component E) and has a pH of more than 7 and 10 or less. The detergent composition for metal product exhibits excellent detergency and metal corrosion suppressing performance.
Fabric treatment compositions having low calculated cationic charge density polymers and fabric softening actives and methods for providing a benefit
A fabric treatment composition having a polymer and a fabric softening active. The polymer includes a cationic repeating unit and a non-cationic repeating unit. The polymer has a weight-average molecular weight of from about 40,000 to about 600,000 Daltons. The polymer has a calculated cationic charge density of from about 0.05 to about 2 meq/g at a pH of between about 2 and about 8. The polymer includes less than about 0.1% by mole of a cross-linking agent. The fabric softening active includes a quaternary ammonium compound. The composition has less than about 5% by weight of the composition of an anionic surfactant.
Rheology modified low foaming liquid antimicrobial compositions and methods of use thereof
The present disclosure relates to rheology modified, low foaming aqueous antimicrobial compositions. The compositions are phase stable under acidic conditions, and do not need to be rinsed from the surface to which they are applied. The present disclosure further relates to methods of use thereof.
INDUSTRIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL CLEANING FOAM CONTROL AGENT

Food contact surface sanitizing liquid
The present invention is for sanitizing compositions for sanitizing surfaces which may contact food. The composition may be provided in liquid form, and may include a quaternary amine, one or more surfactant, a fragrance, and water. At least 90% by weight of the fragrance comprises fragrance components that meet Class I qualifications of the Cramer classification system. All other components of the composition (e.g., the quaternary amine, the surfactants, water, and any optional components) meet the EPA guidelines under CFR 180.940(a). Since the composition only includes components that meet the EPA guidelines under CFR 180.940(a) (reflecting a presumption of low toxicity), and at least 90% of the fragrance itself (e.g., in the case of mixtures of fragrance components) meets the Cramer Class I qualifications, the composition is safe for application to surfaces that come in contact with food, where there is a heightened probability that traces of the composition will be ingested.
