CLEANING COMPOSITION, CHEMICAL-MECHANICAL PROCESS, AND CONTINUOUS HYDRODYNAMIC SYSTEM FOR CONTAMINANT CONTROL IN INDUSTRIAL MACHINES
Cleaning compositions, chemical-mechanical processes, and a system for treating clothing used in machines of the pulp and paper, textile, tile production, and tanning industries and other industrial processes, without using steam, for the purpose of cleaning off the hydrophobic organic and inorganic contaminants found in the manufacturing processes of the pulp and paper industry, known as pitch, stickies, and others, originating in virgin pulp and scrap paper. The compositions are made up of liquid and gas reagents and involve oxidizing formulations, surfactants, and nanobubbles, employed in a chemical-mechanical process that uses nanobubble production equipment, which, jointly with chemicals, provides deeper, more advanced cleaning, leading to higher energy efficiency and an optimized consumption of chemicals.
AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING DETERGENT COMPOSITION
A neutral or acidic automatic dishwashing detergent composition including a powder composition including an effervescent system and wherein the detergent composition comprises from about 0.01% to about 5% by weight of the composition of a perfume.
Water-soluble delayed release capsules, related methods, and related articles
Disclosed herein are capsules for delayed release of an active ingredient contained therein, in particular water-soluble capsules for delayed release of water-sensitive, gas-generating compositions into an aqueous liquid medium. The delayed release capsules incorporate one or more gas-relief pinholes for gas-generating water-sensitive compositions contained in the capsules, such as inorganic bleach or other alkaline compositions intended for delayed release into a wash medium during a laundry cycle. The pinholes permit gas generated within the capsule due to exposure to environmental water vapor to escape from the capsule interior, preventing pressure build-up and capsule deformation during storage. The pinholes are sized to prevent or otherwise substantially limit the passage of liquids when submerged in a liquid medium (e.g., liquid water in an aqueous liquid medium). Related articles and methods for delivering the capsules in combination with a detergent or other laundry composition are also disclosed.
BUBBLE ENHANCED CLEANING METHOD AND CHEMISTRY
A method of cleaning equipment such as heat exchangers, evaporators, tanks and other industrial equipment using clean-in-place procedures comprising applying a pre-treatment solution prior to the application of an override use solution. A gas generating use solution is present in either the pretreatment or the override use solution. The gas generating use solution is capable of releasing gas on and in a soil, resulting in a soil disruption effect and enhanced cleaning.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION WITH SILICATE COATED BLEACH
A phosphate-free automatic dishwashing detergent composition containing a coated bleach particle and one or more of an enzyme particle or an amino-acid based builder, wherein the composition has increased stability.
Composition for Waste Drain Maintenance and Method of Use
A composition for waste drain maintenance and the method of use thereof is presented. A composition of dry ingredients, including worm grind, vinegar, citrus rind, citric acid, brown sugar, baking soda, and fruit extract is provided. When placed in a drain and activated by water, enzymatic action occurs that breaks down and dissolves many of the greases, fats, and particulate matter that tends to adhere to the inner surface of drain pipes, slowing discharge and eventually leading to clogs. Placement of a couple of tablespoons of the composition into a drain, followed by about a quart of water, and leaving the same to stand for a period of time, such as overnight, allows for the decomposition of the offensive material on the drain walls. The dissolved, decomposed material can then be flushed away as an effluent by the addition of an adequate quantity, such as a gallon, of fresh water.
CLEAN-IN-PLACE METHOD AND SYSTEM AND COMPOSITION FOR THE SAME
A method for cleaning a piece of equipment in place includes a plurality of cleaning cycles and optionally a rinse, where each cleaning cycle includes applying a first cleaning solution from a first supply tank through a first set of nozzles; and applying a second cleaning solution from a second supply tank through a second set of nozzles. The first cleaning solution may be applied for about 20 s to about 10 min, and the second cleaning solution for about 1 min to about 60 min. The cleaning cycle can be repeated from 5 to 150 times, and the first and second cleaning solutions can be recirculated during the process.
Stable anhydrous cleanser concentrate formulation and method of making same
The invention relates to stable, anhydrous concentrated cleanser formulations.
Stable anhydrous foaming and gelling hand soap concentrate and method of making same
The invention relates to stable, anhydrous foaming hand soap concentrated formulation in solid forms.
SOLID EFFERVESCENT COMPOSITIONS
In one embodiment, the present invention is cleaning article including an inorganic binder, a gas generator, a strong acid having a pKa of between about-3 and about 2, a weak acid having a pKa of between about 2.5 about 5, wherein a ratio of the strong acid to the weak acid is between about 50:1 and about 1:50, and at least about 0.1% water. When the cleaning article has a diameter of about 48 mm and a height of about 21 mm with a recess diameter of about 29.8 mm, a recess height of about 12.8 mm, and a mass of about 40 grams, the cleaning article has a tablet breaking force of at least about 10 lbf and a dissolution time of between about 1 minute and about 60 minutes.
