Compositions comprising trans-1,2-dichloroethylene and an organic compound, and methods of using the same
Disclosed herein are a solvent composition and methods of using the solvent composition. The solvent composition includes at least 80 wt. % of trans-1,2-dichloroetheylene (t-DCE), and 0.1 to 20 wt. % of at least one organic compound. The organic compound may be a hydrocarbon and/or an oxygenated solvent. The solvent composition may be used to clean a surface by contacting the surface with the composition to dissolve a contaminant on the surface. The composition may be used to remove a coating from a surface of a substrate by contacting the surface with the solvent composition to dissolve the coating and removing the composition containing the coating from the surface. The composition may also be used to deposit material on a substrate by dissolving the material in the solvent composition, applying the composition containing the material onto the substrate, and evaporating the composition from the substrate.
Personal care compositions comprising malodor reduction compositions
The present invention relates to personal care compositions comprising malodor reduction compositions and methods of making and using such personal care compositions. Such personal care compositions comprising the malodor control technologies disclosed herein provide malodor control without leaving an undesirable scent and when perfume is used to scent such compositions, such scent is not unduly altered by the malodor control technology.
Photoresist pattern shrinking composition and pattern shrinking method
Provided is a composition for shrinking a photoresist pattern, which is capable of shrinking a photoresist pattern using a photoresist during the fabrication of a semiconductor, and to a method of shrinking a pattern using the composition, whereby a pattern to be formed can be shrunken in a photoresist-patterning process, thus remarkably decreasing the number of steps of a semiconductor fabrication process and reducing the fabrication time and costs.
SAFE FORMULATION FOR A MULTI-PURPOSE CLEANING SOLUTION
Disclosed herein is a safe formulation for a multi-purpose cleaning solution. Each ingredient included in the formulation may be on the EPA Safer Ingredients List. The formulation may be used to clean a variety of surfaces including glass and sensitive surfaces such as electronic screens, touchscreens, computer monitors and flat screen TVs. The formulation may also be used to clean a variety of other surfaces including stainless steel, dry erase boards, and composite materials incorporated into household surfaces and interior and exterior surfaces of automobiles, planes, boats, and the like. The formulation may also be used to clean interior and exterior surfaces of campers, trailers, satellite lenses, hospitals, offices, schools, and other places having multiple surfaces.
SOLVENT COMPOSITIONS FOR REMOVING PETROLEUM RESIDUE FROM A SUBSTRATE AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A method of cleaning highway and road construction equipment is disclosed.
HOLLOW CORE GRANULES, PRODUCTS INCORPORATING THE GRANULES, AND METHODS OF PREPARING THE GRANULES
The present disclosure relates to hollow core granules, products incorporating the hollow core granules, and methods of making the hollow core granules. The hollow core granules can comprise at least one wall surrounding a cavity that is devoid of any solid or liquid so as to define a hollow core, the at least one wall comprising a plurality of individual particles of at least one wall forming material, the plurality of individual particles sufficiently bound together so that the at least one wall is structurally self-sustaining. The hollow core granules further can include a binder material present in the at least one wall. The hollow core granules can be useful as a standalone material and/or may be useful in preparing a variety of products wherein the hollow core granules may be mixed or otherwise combined with further components. The disclosure further provides methods of making such hollow core granules.
Dynamic link monitoring to resolve imbalance in LAA/LTE radio resource allocation
A wireless communication device (UE) may monitor grants received from respective cells associated with one or more first (e.g. licensed) frequency band(s) and one or more second (e.g. unlicensed) frequency band(s). Based on the received grants the UE may determine if an imbalance exists in the radio resource allocation, whereby the UE communicates more than intended in the second frequency band(s). The imbalance may be specified with respect to the ratio or portion of the communications that are conducted in the second frequency band(s) with respect to all wireless communications of the UE. If the UE detects an imbalance, it may transmit a report to the network (e.g. to the base station serving the UE) indicating unfavorable conditions for the UE to be operating in the second frequency band(s). In response, the network may disable the respective cell(s) associated with the second frequency band(s) and/or it may disable carrier aggregation for the UE.
CONCENTRATED NON-AQUEOUS FABRIC CONDITIONERS
A non-aqueous concentrated liquid fabric conditioner composition, the composition comprising; a. 10 to 85 wt. % ester linked quaternary ammonium compound; and b. solvent selected from; i. hydrocarbons comparing 5 to 19 carbon atoms; ii. solvents having a δ.sub.D dispersion parameter of greater than 16.5 MPa.sup.1/2 and a δ.sub.P polarity parameter of 2.5 to 8 MPa.sup.1/2; and iii. mixtures thereof.
On-Line Equipment Cleaning Method
A method for decontaminating industrial facility equipment while the equipment remains in operation (i.e., on-line decontamination). In one embodiment, the method comprises reducing the total volumetric flowrate, injecting a decontamination composition into the industrial equipment at an injection point while the industrial equipment remains in operation, wherein the decontamination composition comprises a solvent composition and a carrier fluid, allowing the decontamination composition to come in contact with any contaminant material disposed on the industrial equipment, wherein the contact removes the contaminant material from the industrial equipment, and managing the contaminant material removed from the industrial equipment.
Solvent compositions for removing petroleum residue from a substrate and methods of use thereof
A method of cleaning highway and road construction equipment is disclosed.
