Organic peroxide dispersions
Evaporation of water from an aqueous dispersion of a solid peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide is retarded by the incorporation of carboxylic acid salt. The carboxylic acid salt renders the aqueous dispersion less susceptible to explosive decomposition when exposed to external triggering events such as impact, heat, friction or contamination, yet does not interfere with the ability to achieve and maintain a stable, small particle size dispersion having desirable viscosity and flow properties.
Spray container comprising a detergent composition
The need for a container and detergent composition which exhibit good cleaning, including on greasy soils, and good surface shine, while also maintaining spray visibility on the treated hard surface, is met by formulating an aqueous detergent composition using a low level of surfactant system, an aminoalcohol solvent, and a glycol ether solvent, at the specified ratios.
Post chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) cleaning
Provided are formulations that offer a high cleaning effect on inorganic particles, organic residues, chemical residues, reaction products on the surface due to interaction of the wafer surface with the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) slurry and elevated levels of undesirable metals on the surface left on the semiconductor devices after the CMP. The post-CMP cleaning formulations comprise one or more organic acid, one or more polymer and a fluoride compound with pH<7 and optionally a surfactant with two sulfonic acid groups.
Metal complexes and dishwashing detergents containing them
The invention relates to compounds of general formula (I), ##STR00001##
in which each E independently represents O or NR.sup.1, with the proviso that at least 1 E is not O and at least 1 R.sup.1 represents a substituted C.sub.1-22 alkyl of the general formula (IIa) or (IIb) or (IIIa) or (IIIb), ##STR00002##
in which Q represents O or CH.sub.2, w represents a number from 1 to 22, q represents 1 or 2 and A.sup.+ represents a cation selected from alkali metal cations where q=1, ½ alkaline earth cations where q=2 and ammonium ions where q=1, as well as metal complexes having this ligand compound and dishwashing detergents which contain such metal complexes.
Redeposition Inhibiting Polymers And Detergent Compositions Containing Same
The disclosed technology relates to compositions useful as detergents in cleaning a wide variety of substrates, including laundry, hard surfaces and dish. The compositions contain a functionalized polymer which is prepared by reacting: i) a styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer and ii) a poly(oxyalkylene) monoamine. Compositions according to the disclosed technology have good cleaning performance and beneficial anti-redeposition properties.
AQUEOUS FOAMING COMPOSITION AND USE THEREOF FOR THE PREVENTION AND/OR INHIBITION OF AEROSOL FORMATION FROM THE REBOUND OF A LIQUID ON A SURFACE
An aqueous foaming composition effective in preventing and/or inhibiting formation of aerosols from the rebound of a liquid on a surface, particularly from the rebound of urine on an external and/or internal surface of a toilet is provided. The aqueous foaming composition comprises at least one betaine, at least one anionic surfactant, at least one dialkyl carbonate, at least one fatty alcohol with a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl chain containing at least 4 carbon atoms, at least one fatty acid ester with a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl chain containing at least 4 carbon atoms and, optionally, at least one pH regulator, at least one deodorizing substance and/or a propellant gas.
SHAPED DETERGENT PRODUCT COMPOSITION COMPRISING AMINOPOLYCARBOXYLATE
The application relates to a shaped detergent product comprising 10-100 wt. % of a solid amorphous phase and 0-90 wt. % of one or more other solid phases, wherein the solid amorphous phase comprises 25-88 wt. % free acid equivalent of aminopolycarboxylate, 10-60 wt. % free acid equivalent of an acid, wherein the acid is not an aminopolycarboxylate, 2-30 wt. % water, and wherein the shaped detergent product contains at least 0.5 wt. % surfactant.
SOLIDIFYING LIQUID AMINE OXIDE, BETAINE, AND/OR SULTAINE SURFACTANTS WITH A BINDER AND OPTIONAL CARRIER
The invention relates to solidification of liquid amine oxide, betaine, and/or sultaine surfactants with a binder to form a solidified surfactant composition. In particular, the invention relates to solidification of liquid surfactants utilizing drying device(s), wherein the feed composition contains at least one liquid surfactant and a binder and optional carrier to form a solidified surfactant composition. The solidified surfactant compositions can be useful in various cleaning compositions.
Acidic biodegradable formulation and its use as a surface restorative agent
The present invention provides a biodegradable formulation and its use as a surfaces restoring agent, said formulation allows a substantial savings when restoring the existing paint on different surfaces, since it mainly cleans and restores the surface or paint contaminated by the environment, damaged due to the sun and the processes of the different industries, in addition to being friendly to the environment, making it a useful technology in any industrial branch that involves cleaning and restoring large areas. It is worth noting that the modifications to the original formula were made to optimize the results in the different applications and improve its biodegradability.
