A composition for sterilization and cleaning which comprises 0.001-30 mass % peracetic acid, 0.001-30 mass % hydrogen peroxide, 1-70 mass % acetic acid and/or salt thereof, 0.001-5 mass % polyoxyethylene lauryl ether acetate or salt thereof, and water, the composition having a pH of 4.0-10.0.
A QUICK AND EASY CLEANING FORMULATION
The present invention relates to a composition and a method for delaying laundry. The present invention provides a fabric treatment composition comprising: a solvent system in combination with surfactants, a hydrotrope, and a sequestrant, wherein the composition has a pH ranging from 2.5 to 5.0. The solvent system comprises a glycol ether; a diol; and a fatty acid ester. The composition of the present invention provides cleaning and anti-microbial benefits when used on a substrate.
Mechanism of urea/solid acid interaction under storage conditions and storage stable solid compositions comprising urea and acid
Solid rinsing, cleaning and/or sanitizing compositions for various applications are provided. In particular, solid compositions include a complex of urea and an acid having desireable storage stability previously unavailable in solid urea/acid compositions. Stable solid compositions are disclosed and methods of making the same to overcome conventional limitations associated with with forming kinetically and thermodynamically stable solids that utilize urea/acid compositions.
Formulations and method for low temperature cleaning of dairy equipment
A formulation having at least one of a product stabilization solvent, a sequestrant or chelating agent, and an alkalinity agent capable of use in a cleaning operation at a reduced temperature. Optionally, the formulation may additionally comprise any one or more of a degreaser emulsifier solvent, a surfactant, a hydrotrope, a stabilizer, a biocide, and a buffer. An additive formulation of the invention, as defined herein, comprises these stated types of compounds and is combined with an alkalinity agent at the time of the formulations use in a reduced temperature dairy equipment cleaning operation. A full formulation of the invention, as defined herein, additionally comprises an alkalinity agent in addition to the other named compounds. In many cases, the full formulations are used in a reduced temperature dairy equipment cleaning operation without being combined with an additional alkalinity agent. The reduced temperature of the dairy equipment cleaning operation using the formulation of the invention may be less than about 50° C. or, alternatively, less than about 40° C.
DISPERSANT POLYMER FOR AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING
An automatic dishwashing composition is provided including a builder; a phosphonate; a nonionic surfactant; and a dispersant polymer, comprising: (a) 50 to 95 wt %, based on weight of the dispersant polymer, of structural units of a monoethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer; and (b) 5 to 50 wt %, based on weight of the dispersant polymer, of structural units of a sulfate bearing ethylenically unsaturated monomer.
CLEANING SOLUTION AND CLEANING METHOD
There is provided a cleaning liquid for semiconductor substrates having undergone CMP, the cleaning liquid being excellent in storage stability. In addition, there is provided a method of cleaning semiconductor substrates having undergone CMP. The cleaning liquid for semiconductor substrates having undergone CMP shows alkaline properties and contains: an amine compound that is at least one selected from the group consisting of a primary amine, a secondary amine, a tertiary amine, and their salts; a chelating agent; and water. The amine compound content is not less than 25.5 mass % and less than 90 mass % based on the total mass of the cleaning liquid, and the water content is 10 to 60 mass % based on the total mass of the cleaning liquid.
AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING METHOD
A method of cleaning soiled ware in a dishwasher the method having the step of using a water-soluble pouch, the pouch comprising a phosphate-free cleaning composition wherein the cleaning composition comprises loose powder and the composition comprises bleach, metal bleach catalyst and a complexing agent and wherein the complexing agent is slowly released as compared to the bleach catalyst.
Domestic dishwasher and dishwashing method
The invention relates to a method of automatic dishwashing in a dishwasher having a wash tank, comprising: in a first step, delivering a first composition to dishware in the tank in the form of a mist; and afterwards, in a second step, delivering a second composition to the dishware in the tank in the form of a jet; wherein the first and second compositions are different, the first composition comprises a bleach, and the second composition is alkaline and comprises a builder. The invention also provides a dishwasher adapted to carry out the inventive method.
Method for cleaning membrane
A method for cleaning membrane is provided. The method includes, providing a membrane, introducing a thermo-sensitive ionic liquid to contact the membrane and perform a cleaning procedure to collect a cleaning solution, and layering the cleaning solution to form an aqueous layer and an ionic liquid layer at a specific temperature.
Enhanced peroxygen stability in multi-dispense TAED-containing peroxygen solid
Stabilized compositions employing a sequestrant system and a binding system for improving shelf stability and dispensing stability of a solid activated bleach composition are disclosed. The compositions contain a peroxygen source and a catalyst activator which require generation of a peroxycarboxylic acid or other active oxygen sanitizing agent at a point of use. Stabilized compositions employ a sequestrant system including a phosphonic acid and/or dipicolinic acid sequestrant and a binding system comprising an anionic surfactant for a solid formulation of a catalyst activator and peroxygen source to provide shelf stability and dispensing stability for a activated bleach composition. Methods of formulating and use are further disclosed.
