REDUCING AGENT AS CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR MACHINE WAREWASH
Warewash detergent compositions with reducing agents to overcome corrosion challenges in stainless steel dish machines subject to conditions from chlorine sanitizing rinse steps (or other oxidizing chlorine containing compositions) are provided. Liquid and solid detergent composition beneficially containing a reducing agent that reacts with chlorine introduced in sanitizing rinse steps that follow detergent cleaning steps are provided. Methods for ware washing using the detergent compositions with reducing agents and methods for reducing residual chlorine in a ware washing cycle are also provided.
MAINTENANCE LIQUID AND MAINTENANCE METHOD
There is provided a maintenance liquid, which is used in maintenance of a device equipped with a discharge head for discharging an ultraviolet ray curable-type composition containing the acyl phosphine oxide-based photopolymerization initiator toward an attachment object, including a polymerizable compound in which a saturation solubility of an acyl phosphine oxide-based photopolymerization initiator at 20° C. is equal to or greater than 5.0% by mass.
HARD SURFACE CLEANING COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING PHOSPHINOSUCCINIC ACID ADDUCTS AND METHODS OF USE
Methods employing detergent compositions effective for reducing hard water scale and accumulation on hard surfaces, namely within food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications are disclosed. The detergent compositions employ phosphinosuccinic acid adducts in combination with an alkalinity source and optionally polymers, surfactants and/or oxidizers, providing alkaline compositions having a pH between about 10 and 13.5.

##STR00002## wherein each R.sup.2 is independently selected from a —C.sub.1-4 alkyl group and wherein each R.sup.3 is independently selected from a hydrogen and a methyl group.
SURFACE TREATMENT AGENT
The present invention provides a surface treatment agent which is capable of efficiently removing oily substances from the surface of a metal material, while removing scales and fumes therefrom at the same time.
A surface treatment agent which contains a chelating agent, a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant, and which is configured such that the anionic surfactant is composed of at least one surfactant that is selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid ester surfactants, carboxylic acid surfactants, sulfonic acid surfactants and sulfuric acid ester surfactants.
Portion bag having bleach activator/complexing agent compound
A bleach activator/complexing agent compound and multi-phase washing and cleaning agents including at least one liquid, low-water to water-free phase and at least one solid, pulverous or granular phase and containing at least one bleach activator, which is compounded with at least one complexing agent. Also disclosed are methods of using such agents in washing and cleaning.

Detergent compositions containing a stabilized enzyme by phosphonates
Detergent compositions that contain an enzyme, alkaline source, and phosphonate or amine phosphonate salt are described here. A use solution of the detergent compositions containing disclosed phosphonates can retain its enzyme activity for an extended period of time. Specifically, one specific type of phosphonates and another specific type of amine phosphonate salts were discovered to stabilize enzymes in detergent compositions. Solid detergent compositions that contain disclosed phosphonate or amine phosphonate salts are more effective to remove soils and can save production and use costs.
