ADDITIVE FOR REDUCING SPOTTING IN AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING SYSTEMS
A phosphorus-free automatic dishwashing detergent composition comprising: (a) 0.5 to 10 wt % of a polymer comprising polymerized units of: (i) 65 to 75 wt % (meth)acrylic acid, (ii) 15 to 25 wt % of a monoethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and (iii) 7 to 13 wt % 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS); and having M.sub.w from 5,000 to 100,000; (b) 15 to 50 wt % carbonate, (c) 0 to 50 wt % citrate and (d) 10 to 40 wt % of a bleaching agent.
Granulate comprising an inorganic solid carrier with at least one biosurfactant contained thereon
The invention relates to a granulate comprising an inorganic solid carrier with at least one biosurfactant contained thereon, as well as to formulations containing this granulate and to the use of same.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION
A detergent composition comprising an enzyme and a bleaching compound and comprising two or more distinct regions, wherein the enzyme is located in a first distinct region and the bleaching compound is located in a second distinct region and further wherein a builder comprising an amino acid based compound and/or succinate based compound is located in the first distinct region. The compositions exhibit improved stability of the enzyme.
Liquid surfactant-containing alkanolamine-free compositions
Liquid compositions include: a) one or more anionic surfactants and b) one or more nonionic surfactants,
wherein they comprise the surfactants of components a) and b) in a total concentration of >25% by weight, based on the total weight of the liquid composition, and are free from alkanolamines and salts thereof. Upon combination with bleaches, the liquid compositions exhibit a significantly higher bleaching efficacy than comparable alkanolamine-containing compositions.
EFFERVESCENT COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
Effervescent compositions are disclosed, particularly effervescent compositions useful in toilet bowls. The effervescent composition may include at least one liquid or solid hydrogen peroxide source and at least one catalyst capable of catalyzing an oxidation of the hydrogen peroxide source in the presence of a liquid, such as water. Accordingly, the effervescent composition is capable of effervescence in the presence of a liquid. The effervescent composition may also include a non-hygroscopic solvent. The presence of the non-hygroscopic solvent may assist the effervescent composition in substantially avoiding effervescence until the composition contacts the liquid. Optionally, the ratio of the hydrogen peroxide source and catalyst to the non-hygroscopic solvent is not less than 9:1.
CONTAINER COMPRISING A DETERGENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING MGDA
Container comprising a single unit dose of a detergent composition containing at least one complexing agent (A) dissolved in an aqueous medium, said complexing agent (A) being a mixture of the L-and D-enantiomers of methyl glycine diacetic acid (MGDA) or its respective mono-, di- or trialkali metal or mono-, di- or triammonium salts, said mixture containing predominantly the respective L-isomer with an enantiomeric excess (ee) in the range of from 5 to 85%, wherein said container is made from a polymer.
Compositions, devices, systems and methods relating to photo- and thermal-oxidative bleaching of pink-stains
Systems, methods, etc., directed to removing or modifying pink-stain in a substrate. For example, removal of pink-stains caused by Streptoverticillium reticulum in marine vinyl, or to enhance the speed, specificity, and efficacy of other bleaching processes of autofluorescent organic stains in those and other substrates.
Bottle Cleaning Powder and Tablet
The present invention relates to a quick rinse detergent cleaner. The detergent contains high levels of salt that immediately collapse soap bubbles, so that less rinsing (and re-rinsing) of utensils is required. This allows for greater portability and applications relative to existing cleaning solutions.
PEROXIDASES HAVING ACTIVITY FOR CAROTENOIDS
A peroxidase, a method for producing the peroxidase, and an agent including at least one peroxidase are provided herein. The peroxidase includes an amino acid sequence that has a sequence identity of at least 60% to the amino acid sequence specified in SEQ ID NO:1 (Gap MnP1), across the entire length thereof; or has a sequence identity of at least 60% to the amino acid sequence specified in SEQ ID NO:2 (Gap MnP2), across the entire length thereof; or has a sequence identity of at least 80% to the amino acid sequence specified in SEQ ID NO:3 (Bja LiP), across the entire length thereof; or has a sequence identity of at least 60% to the amino acid sequence specified in SEQ ID NO:4 (Bja DyP), across the entire length thereof.
PEROXIDE COMPOSITION
A shelf stable laundry or hard surface composition comprising hydrogen peroxide is disclosed. The composition can be in the form of a thickened liquid or a gel that can support solid particles and is stable over a normal product shelf life against both precipitation of the particles and degradation of the peroxide and can tolerate a wide range of additional cleaning ingredients.
