There is provided a composition that contains a bleach component, and maintains a desired viscosity over a long period. A composition of the present invention comprises a carboxyl group-containing polymer composition (A) comprising a copolymer (a) of monomers including an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid (a-1) and a compound (a-2) having at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups per molecule; and a nonionic surfactant (b), the carboxyl group-containing polymer composition (A) having a bulk density of 0.20 g/mL or less; a bleach component (B); an alkalinity buffering agent (C); and water (D). The composition has a pH higher than 10.

A composition comprising a carboxyl group-containing polymer composition (A) comprising a copolymer (a) of monomers including an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid (a-1) and a compound (a-2) having at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups per molecule; and a nonionic surfactant (b), the carboxyl group-containing polymer composition (A) being obtained by adding, in a step of copolymerizing the monomers, the nonionic surfactant (b) to a system when a polymerization degree of the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid (a-1) reaches 5 to 80%; a bleach component (B); an alkalinity buffering agent (C); and water (D), the composition having a pH higher than 10.
Bleach compositions
Sanitizing and disinfecting compositions with relatively low levels of free available chlorine, with good effectiveness against microbes. The composition may include less than 0.5% by weight hypochlorite or other free available chlorine level, at least one nonionic or zwitterionic surfactant, with a pH from 8 to 12.5. The composition is characterized by an R value of greater than 0 (e.g., greater than 0.5, or equal to 1), where R is defined as the sum of the concentration of any nonionic, zwitterionic, and cationic surfactants divided by the total surfactant concentration (and total surfactant concentration may include any surfactant aids). The compositions may exhibit at least a 3-log reduction in M. bovis or C. diff population within 10 minutes (e.g., 4-6 minutes).
Devices, Systems and Methods of Making and Using Chlorine Dioxide Based Formulation with Improved Stability
Disclosed are devices, systems, and methods for producing broad spectrum disinfectants, sanitizers, cleaner and deodorizers using chlorine dioxide compositions, and more particularly, to methods for producing chlorine dioxide compositions having improved long term stability by the proper choice of pH and through the careful choice of other product formula ingredients.
Compositions and methods for selectively etching titanium nitride
Compositions useful for the selective removal of titanium nitride and/or photoresist etch residue materials relative to metal conducting, e.g., cobalt, ruthenium and copper, and insulating materials from a microelectronic device having same thereon. The removal compositions contain at least one oxidant and one etchant, may contain various corrosion inhibitors to ensure selectivity.
Peroxide dispersions
The viscosity of aqueous dispersions of normally solid organic peroxides may be advantageously lowered through the use of surfactants which are polyglyceryl esters of C6-C12 fatty acids. The reduction in viscosity facilitates milling the peroxides to reduce particle size and also provides dispersions of small particle size peroxides which may be readily poured or pumped. The aqueous dispersions are useful as components of pharmaceutical, personal care, and cleaning products and the like and are effective decolorizing agents for food products, industrial products and the like.

METHODS OF LAUNDERING STITCHBONDED NONWOVEN TOWELS USING A SOIL RELEASE POLYMER
A method of laundering a soiled stitchbonded nonwoven towel, to provide hygienically-clean, odor-free towels having a non-durable soil release polymer agents on the fabrics and stitching. The method has a step of washing soiled stitchbonded nonwoven towels in a first aqueous wash solution formed from a first wash composition comprising a surfactant, a builder, an alkalinity source, and a soil release polymer, at a first alkaline pH, and at a first wash temperature sufficient to remove soil on the towels without redeposition of the soil back onto the towels or into the laundry machine once the residual wash solution is drained. The method also has a step of treating the washed towels in a treatment solution formed from a post-wash composition comprising a soil release polymer agent, at a temperature and pH sufficient to aid in exhausting soil release polymer from the treatment solution and onto the towels or fabrics.
REDUCED MISTING AND CLINGING CHLORINE BASED HARD SURFACE CLEANER
Alkaline sprayable aqueous compositions are disclosed. In particular, sprayable alkaline aqueous chlorine compositions including a surfactant system for modifying the viscosity of the composition, are combined with an alkalinity source and a chlorine source. Methods of cleaning having reduced amounts of airborne particulates of the composition during spray applications are also provided according to the invention, namely reduction of airborne particulates having a micron size of 10 or less within a breathing zone of a user of less than or equal to 60 particles/cm.sup.3.
