Compositions comprising polypeptides having mannanase activity
The present invention relates to compositions comprising at least two polypeptides having mannanase activity as well as methods of producing and using the compositions. The compositions comprise in particular a first mannanase which is a glycoside hydrolase family 5 (GH5) mannanase and a second mannanase which a glycoside hydrolase family 26 (GH26) mannanase.
LIPASE VARIANTS AND POLYNUCLEOTIDES ENCODING SAME
The present invention relates to a variant of a parent lipase, wherein said variant has at least 60% but less than 100% sequence identity with SEQ ID NO: 2; has lipase activity; has substitutions corresponding to G91A and N92D in the lid region located from position G82 to position 1100 of SEQ ID NO: 2; has one or more additional substitutions in the lid region; and has at least mutations in positions corresponding to position T231 and position N233 of SEQ ID NO: 2. The present invention also relates to compositions, methods for cleaning a surface using a variant or a composition of the invention; polynucleotides encoding the variants; nucleic acid constructs, vectors, host cells comprising the polynucleotides; methods of using the variants; and methods for obtaining the lipase variant.
Laundry Perfuming Composition
Laundry perfuming composition of the type comprising water-soluble, non-polymeric crystal salts in combination with a fragrance in free form, wherein said crystal salts are furthermore provided with at least a partial coating layer consisting of a fragrance in microcapsules, and such fragrance in free form is absorbed in said coating layer.
CLEANING COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING DISPERSINS III
Cleaning compositions may include at least 0.001 ppm of a polypeptide having hexosaminidase activity. The cleaning compositions may include a polypeptide having at least 60% sequence identity to the mature polypeptide shown in one or more of the motif(s) of SEQ ID NO 7, SEQ ID 8, SEQ ID 9, SEQ ID 10, SEQ ID 11, or combinations thereof. The cleaning compositions may be or include laundry detergents, fabric finishers, acidic cleaning agents, neutral cleaning agents, alkaline cleaning agents, hand dishwashing agents, automatic dishwasher compositions, or combinations thereof.
Finishing agent composition for textile products
The present invention provides a fiber modifier composed of an internal olefin sulfonate having 17 or more and 24 or less carbons.
METHODS OF USING ANTIOXIDANTS IN FABRIC TREATMENT COMPOSITIONS FOR TREATING ELASTANE-CONTAINING FABRICS
A method of treating an elastane-containing fabric. The method including the steps of providing a fabric treatment composition having an antioxidant and a surfactant, and providing an elastane-containing fabric. The method further including the step of contacting the elastane-containing fabric with the fabric treatment composition in the presence of water, wherein the fabric treatment composition and the water form a treatment liquor having an antioxidant concentration of at least 25 ppb, a surfactant concentration of at least 10 ppm, and wherein the ratio of treatment liquor to elastane-containing fabric (w/w) is from 0.1:1 to 100:1. At least some portion of the antioxidant is deposited onto the elastane-containing fabric.
Fabric treatment method for stain release
A fabric treatment composition is provided that includes at least one zeta potential modifier, a fluoropolymer and a hydrophobic agent with a melting point or glass transition temperature below 100 C., for imparting fabric protection benefits to a fabric, such as improved stain and soil resistance, oil repellency, water repellency, softness, wrinkle and damage resistance, and better hand feel. Fabric treatment compositions can be used as a pretreatment prior to washing, through soaking, or added to the treatment liquor, that is either the wash or rinse cycle of an automatic washing machine, to first provide and then maintain and refresh the fabric protection benefits imparted to the fabric, with the proviso that an intermediate rinsing step essentially devoid of added surfactant-is used after the washing cycle and prior to the fabric treatment step. Following use of a first treatment composition, protective benefits are maintained and refreshed by means of a second treatment operation employing a second treatment composition. The second treatment composition may have lower active levels of the protective agents to provide for economical and periodic maintenance of the imparted fabric protection benefits.
Glucan fiber compositions for use in laundry care and fabric care
An enzymatically produced -glucan oligomer/polymer compositions is provided. The enzymatically produced -glucan oligomer/polymers can be derivatized into -glucan ether compounds. The -glucan oligomers/polymers and the corresponding -glucan ethers are cellulose and/or protease resistant, making them suitable for use in fabric care and laundry care applications. Methods for the production and use of the present compositions are also provided.
Methods of washing stitchbonded nonwoven towels using a soil release polymer
A method of cleaning a soiled stitchbonded nonwoven towel, to provide hygienically-clean, odor-free towels having a non-durable soil release polymer agents on the fabrics and stitching. The method has a step of washing soiled stitchbonded nonwoven towels in a first aqueous wash solution formed from a first wash composition comprising a surfactant, a builder, an alkalinity source, and a soil release polymer, at a first alkaline pH, and at a first wash temperature sufficient to clean soil on the towels without redeposition of the soil back onto the towels or into the washing apparatus once the residual wash solution is drained. The method also has a step of treating the washed towels in a treatment solution formed from a post-wash composition comprising a soil release polymer agent, at a temperature and pH sufficient to aid in exhausting soil release polymer from the treatment solution and onto the towels or fabrics.
FABRIC-CARE COMPOSITION COMPRISING SILICONE MATERIALS
The present disclosure relates to fabric-care compositions comprising an uncured silicone based polymer. In particular, the present disclosure relates to fabric-care compositions comprising at least one uncured silicone based polymer; and at least one fabric-care ingredient, optionally in an acceptable medium. Also disclosed are processes to prepare the fabric-care compositions and uses of the fabric-care compositions.
