The present disclosure relates to the field of elastic pads and discloses an elastic pad, an assembling method thereof and a furniture. An elastic pad includes a first elastic module mounting part, a plurality of first elastic modules disposed on the first elastic module mounting part in a predetermined arrangement, and a pad layer on the plurality of first elastic modules. An outer edge of the pad layer and an outer edge of the first elastic module mounting part are connected via a releasable first connection structure, leaving the sides of the elastic pad open or uncovered. The elastic pad has fewer components, a simple structure, lower cost, and improved comfort. Since the first connection structure is releasable, the pad layer can be disassembled, which facilitates assembling and transportation of the elastic pad and reduces required storage space.

A bed according to an embodiment may include a topper, at least one firmness adjuster provided under the topper, and a bedframe configured to have an adjustable position and to support the firmness adjuster. There may be a plurality of firmness adjusters corresponding to a plurality of areas of the bed, and each firmness adjuster may include a plurality of cushions provided in a cushion case and a drive to adjust the firmness of the plurality of cushions. The drive may change a position of a first spring relative to a second spring in each of the cushions to change a perceived firmness by a user lying on top of the topper and the firmness adjusters. A dryer may be provided under the bedframe to keep the cushions and topper dry.

A bed according to an embodiment may include a topper, at least one firmness adjuster provided under the topper, and a bedframe configured to have an adjustable position and to support the firmness adjuster. There may be a plurality of firmness adjusters corresponding to a plurality of areas of the bed, and each firmness adjuster may include a plurality of cushions provided in a cushion case and a drive to adjust the firmness of the plurality of cushions. The drive may change a position of a first spring relative to a second spring in each of the cushions to change a perceived firmness by a user lying on top of the topper and the firmness adjusters. A dryer may be provided under the bedframe to keep the cushions and topper dry.

Furniture is assembled from elastic modules enabling rapid and convenient assembly and disassembly. The elastic module has a spring, an outer covering layer, and an end member attached to an end face of the outer covering layer. A mattress includes a plurality of individual spring assemblies (145), with each spring assembly including at least one spring (134) and a spring cap (144, 150, 161, 164, 171, 184, 194, 204). Each spring cap has at least one first attachment fitting (168, 178, 174, 186, 196) and at least one second attachment fitting (169, 180, 176, 187) with each first attachment fitting engageable into or onto and removable from a second attachment fitting of an adjoining spring cap. A mattress arrangement, such as a bed arrangement (1), having adjustable firmness is disclosed. The mattress arrangement comprises an upper mattress (3) and a lower mattress (4) being arranged beneath said upper mattress (3). At least one side (41) of the lower mattress (4) is moveable in relation to an opposite side (42) of the lower mattress (4), the lower mattress (4) thereby being expandable into an expanded state, having a lower firmness, and compressible into a contracted state, having a higher firmness. A support layer (6) is arranged between the upper mattress (3) and the lower mattress (4), to partly support the upper mattress (3), and arranged overlying the at least one moveable side (41) of the lower mattress (4). Hereby, at least one compartment is formed beneath the upper mattress (3), wherein the compartment(s) is at least partly empty when the lower mattress (4) is in the contracted state and at least partly filled when the lower mattress (4) is in the expanded state.

The present disclosure provides a spring module for a spring cushion of furniture and a spring cushion having the same, the spring module may comprise a spring and a spring bracket for accommodating the conical spring, and the spring bracket may comprise a base, an end cover and a flexible connecting part connected therebetween, the spring may be fixed in the spring bracket with a predetermined initial pressure. The present disclosure further relates to a spring cushion having the spring module.

A spring module for a furniture cushion includes a conical spring and a double-layer flexible sleeve. The double layer flexible sleeve has a frustoconical first outer layer having a first closed top end, a first open bottom end, and a first outwardly extending flange at the first open bottom end. A frustoconical second inner layer inside the frustoconical first outer layer has a second closed top end, an open second bottom end, and a second outwardly extending flange at the open second bottom end of the frustoconical second inner layer. The conical spring is between the first outer layer and the second inner layer. The spring module may be attached to a base having locking structures for locking adjacent spring modules together.

A spring module for a spring cushion for furniture. includes a base (20), an end cap (30) and a spring (10) arranged between the base and the end cap. The end cap has a flexible connection portion (33) and is configured to be detachably fixed to the base (20). The flexible connection portion (33) is located radially inside the spring (10). The spring module provides improved stability. The spring cushion has a simple structure and is easy to assemble and disassemble. The disassembled spring modules can be compressed or stacked and nested to save storage and transportation space

An elastic pad for furniture includes a mounting layer, a plurality of elastic modules, an elastic balance net and a flexible cover. A plurality of raised blocks are arranged on a top surface of the mounting layer. Each elastic module is nested on one of the raised blocks, where an outer diameter of the raised block is greater than or equal to an inner diameter of the elastic module at a corresponding height. This allows the elastic modules to be mounted independently of one another. For example, if an elastic module is damaged, it can be removed for repair, without removing other elastic modules.

A spring module includes a spring and a spring bracket for accommodating the spring. The spring bracket may have a base, an end cover and a flexible connecting part connecting the base and the end cover.
