WINE BOTTLE AERATOR
An expansion chamber includes a chamber body having a top portion above a bottom portion cooperatively forming a hollow chamber volume configured to temporarily contain an expansion of bubbles during an aeration process for aerating a liquid, including wine and other alcoholic beverages. The bottom portion has a bottom opening configured to engage an opening of an uncorked and/or opened wine bottle. The top portion has a top opening. The hollow chamber volume is configured to be in fluid communication with an inside of the uncorked and/or opened bottle when the bottom opening is engaged with the opening of the uncorked and/or opened bottle. A maximum inside diameter of the hollow chamber volume in a horizontal plane with respect to the uncorked and/or opened wine bottle set upon a horizontal surface is cooperatively formed between the top and bottom portions, wherein the maximum inside diameter is at least 2.50 inches.
BACTERIAL, FUNGAL, AND YEAST GROWTH INHIBITOR CONTAINING ALLULOSE
Disclosed herein are a microorganism growth inhibitor including allulose-containing saccharides and a fermented alcoholic beverage comprising the same.

LIQUID AERATION
An aerator for aerating a liquid as the liquid is being poured from a container includes an aerator body configured to be at least partially inserted into the container. The body includes an inlet, an outlet, and a flow control chamber disposed between the inlet and the outlet. A flow control element is movably disposed in the flow control chamber between a first position where the flow control element is spaced away from a stop and a second position where the flow control element engages the stop. The flow control chamber communicates with the outlet when the flow control element is in the second position allowing liquid to be poured from the container and allowing air to be introduced into the flow control chamber for mixing with the liquid being poured from the container to aerate the liquid being poured from the container.
System and method for gas impregnation of a liquid
A system for gas impregnation of a liquid includes a container for holding a product ingredient, a first still liquid conduit for conveying a still product including the ingredient, a gas cylinder providing a gas conduit with a compressed gas such as Nitrogen. The system includes two or more pressure chambers each having a corresponding liquid fill valve to control the flow of a still product filling the pressure chamber, and a gas diffuser for diffusing the compressed gas into the still product to produce a gas infused product. A multi-way valve in fluid communication with each of the pressure chambers directs the gas infused product from a selected one of the pressure chambers to a first charged product conduit for supplying a charged liquid dispenser, and blocks fluid from flowing from other, non-selected, ones of the pressure chambers. A method for using the subject system is also provided.

AGED SPIRIT PRESERVATION SYSTEMS AND DEVICES
Many embodiments described herein prevent an aged spirit from degrading due to the oxygen trapped in the headspace without the use of a pump. The aged spirit preservation system may have a cork with an open top, an open bottom, and a channel extending from the open top to the open bottom. The cork may be sized couple to an internal portion of a bottle. The system may even include a sealing device coupled to an outer portion of the cork between the open top and the open bottom. Additionally, the system may include a replaceable cartridge containing an adsorbent media, iron, a salt, and a color-changing indicator. Oxygen from the bottle may be allowed to enter the cartridge and react with the iron via a non-reversible reaction, thereby preventing the degradation of the spirit.

Wine bottle aerator
An aeration assembly for aerating liquids including wine and other alcoholic beverages includes an expansion chamber and an aerating device. The expansion chamber is configured to be in fluid communication with an inside of the uncorked and/or opened bottle when engaged by a bottom portion of the expansion chamber. The aerating device comprises a gas conduit having a proximal end in fluid communication with a distal end. The distal end is disposable below the bottom portion of the expansion chamber. A gas source is in fluid communication with the proximal end of the gas conduit. The expansion chamber is configured to temporarily contain an expansion of bubbles during an aeration process. The expansion chamber and aerating device are not permanently connected, wherein the aerating device can be fully removed from the expansion chamber before, during or after the aeration process.
