VERTICAL PLANT GROWING INSTALLATION AND MULTI-STORY FARM COMPRISING VERTICAL PLANT GROWING INSTALLATIONS
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, and more specifically, to plant growing installations and to multi-story (vertical) farms (20) for cultivating plants in artificial conditions. According to the invention, there is proposed a vertical plant growing installation (21) comprising: a lengthwise extended rack stack (1) having two bearing surfaces (1a, 1b) positioned at a small angle with respect to the vertical; two artificial soil sheets (3) securable to the bearing surfaces of the rack stack, each sheet being designed with a possibility of feeding thereto, and evacuating therefrom, a nutrient liquid and including at least a lower isolating layer (10), a water-retaining layer (11), a fertile layer (12), and an upper isolating layer (13) having perforations made therein; and two seeding sheets (4) comprising a plurality of seeds (4a) and placed above the artificial soil sheets, so as to provide contact between the seeds and the fertile layer of the artificial soil sheets. An object of the invention is also a multi-story farm (20), whose windowless levels (20a, 20b) have mounted thereon a plurality of said vertical plant growing installations (21).
Seed labels and manufacturing method thereof
A seed label including a label layer removably attached to a clear film layer by an adhesive layer, and at least one seed disposed between the label layer and clear film layer. The label layer may be made of a biodegradable material. The adhesive layer may be a dry release-clean release adhesive layer. The label layer may include water-based ink printing thereon. The adhesive layer may be a water-based adhesive. The seed label may be removably affixed to a package. The seed label may be disposable in a container for germinating the seeds. A method of manufacturing a seed label, includes providing a label layer, automatically placing at least one seed on one side of the label layer, and automatically attaching the label layer to a clear film layer by an adhesive layer, with the seed disposed between the label layer and clear film layer.

Pre-vegetated vegetation element
A pre-vegetated vegetation element for greening artificial or natural surfaces is provided which retains sufficient strength over a prolonged period of time and which is bio-compostable at the end of the lifetime of the vegetation element includes a three-dimensional entangled mat of extruded filaments having an open space of at least 50%, a two-dimensional material layer, oriented plane parallel to the three-dimensional entangled mat of extruded filaments and connected to the three-dimensional entangled mat of extruded filaments, wherein the three-dimensional entangled mat of extruded filaments is filled with a substrate and a vegetation is grown on it to form a pre-vegetated vegetation mat, wherein the three-dimensional entangled mat of extruded filaments and the two-dimensional material layer include synthetic polymeric material selected such that the pre-vegetated vegetation element is bio-compostable according to EN 13432.
Seed Planting Apparatus
An implement revolving around agriculture, prepared for quickly planting and germinating seeds. No device has seen all these classifications incorporated into one apparatus successfully. Each apparatus contains one or more seeds. The depth of each seed is positioned on the apparatus so that the depth of planting into the ground is correct. Each apparatus is impregnated with fertilizer directly into the substrate. The Fertilizer then acts as a slow time release application, during plant growth. Each Seed is affixed with an organic adhesive to protect the end user and fully adhere the seed to the apparatus. The novel apparatus also has a final quality of digging the appropriate size hole for the seed to be planted in.
EFFECT: This novel apparatus will increase consumer productivity and success in gardening.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING SEED PILLOWS
Systems and methods for producing seed pillows are disclosed herein. An exemplary system may include a first water-soluble film that is configured to receive a seed cluster, and a second film. The exemplary system may further include an ultrasonic welding wheel and a roller with a plurality of recesses located on an outer rim of the roller. Each recess of the plurality of recesses may include a hole through which suction is applied, and each seed cluster may be disposed over a recess. The roller may be configured to apply suction to the first water-soluble film, rotate through a contact point with the ultrasonic welding wheel to fuse the first water-soluble film to the second film without contacting the seed cluster to create a seed pillow, and release the seed pillow from the recess.
