MULTI-LEVEL MACHINE LEARNING FOR PREDICTIVE AND PRESCRIPTIVE APPLICATIONS
The subject matter of this specification can be implemented in, among other things, methods, systems, computer-readable storage medium. A method can include receiving cell growth data with a current cell culture of a cell growth system. The cell growth data includes growth input parameter values indicative of a growth rate of the current cell culture. The method can further include identifying, using a first machine learning model, a prescriptive action to alter a yield of a target product of the current cell culture based on the cell growth data. The prescriptive action modifies a metabolism rate of the current cell culture. The method further includes performing at least one of displaying the identified prescriptive on a graphical user interface (GUI) and/or causing the cell growth system to perform the identified prescriptive action.
Multilayered cell culture apparatus
A multilayered cell culture apparatus for the culturing of cells is disclosed. The cell culture apparatus is defined as an integral structure having a plurality of cell culture chambers in combination with tracheal space(s). The body of the apparatus has imparted therein gas permeable membranes in combination with tracheal spaces that will allow the free flow of gases between the cell culture chambers and the external environment. The flask body also includes an aperture that will allow access to the cell growth chambers by means of a needle or cannula. The size of the apparatus, and location of an optional neck and cap section, allows for its manipulation by standard automated assay equipment, further making the apparatus ideal for high throughput applications.
Cell culture container, automatic cell culture apparatus, liquid container, robot hand, and robot system
A bottle includes a body, a cap mounted to a cap neck of the body. The cap has an outer peripheral portion which is provided with a protrusion. Around the cap, there is provided a position indicator indicating whether the cap is at a correctly closed position, based on the positional relationship between the protrusion and the position indicator.
SHAKE FLASK GROWTH OF IMMUNE CELLS
Provided herein are systems and methods for culturing, activating, transducing and expanding immune cells in shaker flasks with agitation.
Polylactide cell culture containers and use in cell culture
2D and 3D cell culture containers formed from blends of poly-L-lactide and poly-D-lactide provide growth surfaces for adherent cells and do not require surface treatment or coating to support mammalian cell growth. The cell culture containers are transparent, heat tolerant, and are environmentally degradable and suitable for composting in landfills.
Bioreactor containers and methods of growing hairy roots using the same
Bioreactors and methods of stimulating continuous growth of hairy root biomass in such bioreactors are provided.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING SPORULATION OF BACTERIA
An apparatus for enhancing bacterial sporulation can include a laminar flow chamber including multiple laminar flow tubes that smooth flow of coolant, a coolant input port that is coupled to the laminar flow chamber that supplies the coolant to the laminar flow chamber, a transparent tube section that is coupled to the laminar flow chamber and includes light-emitting diode (“LED”) light modules, the transparent tube section receives the smoothed flow of coolant from the laminar flow chamber, a culture solution tube that traverses through the laminar flow chamber and the transparent tube section, wherein a portion of the culture solution tube that is within the transparent tube section is surrounded by the coolant and is exposed to light from the LED light modules, and a culture solution input port that is coupled to the culture solution tube and supplies a culture solution to the culture solution tube.
FILTRATION-CENTRIFUGE TUBE APPARATUS FOR HARVESTING ADIPOSE DERIVED STEM CELLS
The present disclosure relates generally to a tubing apparatus for separating and concentrating stem and stromal cells, also known as regenerative cells, from adipose tissue, more specifically to a defined process of extracting, separating and concentrating clinically useful regenerative cells from adipose tissue using a combination of mechanical disruption and filtration-centrifugation to obtain a highly enriched heterogeneous population of stem stromal cells. The centrifuge tube comprising a threaded top cap with male luer access port to be adapted to female luer of a syringe, a tapered main tubular barrel, a thin disk filter, and a bottom conical cap with luer access port for withdrawal of stem stromal cells via a syringe.
Culture flask and culture flask assembly
A culture flask has a flask body. The flask body has two translucent planes, one opening end, one recess end and at least one collecting recess. Both translucent planes are located on the opposite ends of the flask body. A collecting recess is formed on the inner surface of the recess end, while the cross sectional area of the recess end gradually decreases toward the bottom of the collecting recess. By forming a collecting recess with decreased cross sectional area, culture cells can be collected inside the bottom after centrifugation, and therefore the user no longer has to transfer the culture cells and culture medium to a centrifuge tube when replacing culture medium. Consumption of suction tube and centrifuge tube can be avoided, the time to replace the culture medium is reduced, and also the risk of contamination when replacing the culture medium is reduced.
Erlenmeyer flask assemblies with liners
A flask assembly that includes: an Erlenmeyer flask; and a liner bag comprising a single opening the bag sized to fit within the flask and having a thickness from about 0.0254 mm to about 0.508 mm. The liner bag is configured for cell culturing and ease of insertion of the bag into the flask. In addition, the liner bag comprises a gas-permeable, polymeric material. Further, the liner bag can include a pocket adapted to receive a removable flask insertion element and/or at least one foldable seam configured to facilitate insertion of the bag into the flask. The liner bag can also include a vent having a gas permeability that is greater than the gas permeability of the gas-permeable, polymeric material employed in the balance of the bag.
