Biotechnological apparatus comprising a bioreactor, exhaust gas temperature control device for a bioreactor and a method for treating an exhaust gas stream in a biotechnological apparatus
This patent document relates to the field of biotechnological apparatuses. It relates particularly to a biotechnological apparatus comprising a bioreactor, an exhaust gas temperature control device and a method for treating an exhaust gas stream. This patent document further relates to a connection device for a sterile single-use fluid conduit of a single-use bioreactor and to a method for treating a fluid stream. The reusable connection device comprises a receptacle in which a portion of the fluid conduit can be detachably arranged, and a coupling member connecting the connection device to a temperature control device, the receptacle having a contact surface which is arranged such that the contact surface abuts a fluid conduit arranged in the receptacle, and wherein a portion of a fluid conduit can be introduced into the receptacle in a direction running substantially orthogonally to a longitudinal axis of the connection device.
Biosolids digester and process for biosolids production
The invention relates to methods and apparatuses for producing Class A biosolids. In yet another embodiment, the invention relates to a method comprising digesting waster material by anaerobic digestion, and yielding Class A biosolids. In still yet another embodiment, the invention relates to a system for anaerobic digestion of waste material to produce Class A biosolids. In still yet another embodiment, the invention relates to a system for anaerobic digestion of waste material comprising a mixing chamber, a digester, a heating pit, and an effluent pit.
Heat exchanger system with flexible bag
A bag assembly for use with a heat exchanger includes a flexible bag having of one or more sheets of polymeric material, the bag having a first end that bounds a first compartment and an opposing second end that bounds a second compartment, a support structure being disposed between the first compartment and the second compartment so that the first compartment is separated and isolated from the second compartment. A first inlet port, a first outlet port, and a first drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the first compartment. A second inlet port, a second outlet port, and a second drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the second compartment.
INTEGRATED TWO-PHASE ANAEROBIC DRY FERMENTATION REACTOR BASED ON BIOMIMETIC PRINCIPLE OF RUMEN
An integrated two-phase anaerobic dry fermentation reactor based on a biomimetic principle of rumen includes a reactor body; wherein the reactor body includes a dry fermentation chamber, a secondary fermentation chamber, and a liquid storage chamber. The dry fermentation chamber is arranged at an upper portion of the reactor body. The liquid storage chamber is arranged at a bottom of the reactor body. The secondary fermentation chamber is arranged between the dry fermentation chamber and the liquid storage chamber in the reactor body. The dry fermentation chamber is connected to the secondary fermentation chamber by a porous structure.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING TEMPERATURE OF A MEDIUM BY REFRIGERANT VAPORIZATION AND WORKING GAS CONDENSATION
A system and method of controlling temperature of a medium by refrigerant vaporization, or working gas condensation, or a combination of both, the system including a container, at least one a working gas reservoir having at least one reservoir section that includes a wall with an exterior surface structured to be thermally coupled with a volume of the medium in the container and to provide a volume of medium thermal coverage in the container, a condensation apparatus to provide regulation of working gas condensation in the reservoir, whereby the working gas reservoir forms a vapor space in each of the at least one reservoir section in response to receiving the working gas and to the condensation apparatus regulation of condensation to enable working gas condensation at or near a selected temperature of the volume of medium in the container that is thermally coupled to the respective reservoir section.
Apparatus for accelerating reproduction of odor from air-conditioner and method for the same
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method that can accelerate reproduction of odor from an air-conditioner by segmenting microorganisms, a temperature/humidity condition and nutrients for metabolism of the microorganisms as conditions for reproducing the odor from the air-conditioner and setting the segmented microorganisms, a temperature/humidity condition and nutrients for metabolism of the microorganisms according to an accelerated condition thereof.
