Methods of generating T-cells from stem cells and immunotherapeutic methods using the T-cells
Methods and composition for production of T cells are provided. Also provided are therapeutic methods using engineered T cells. For example, in certain aspects methods include preparing three dimensional cell culture compositions comprising stroma cells and hematopoietic stem or progenitor cells in a serum-free medium for producing T cells.
SYNTHETIC ATTACHMENT MEDIUM FOR CELL CULTURE
An aqueous cell culture medium composition includes an aqueous cell culture solution configured to support the culture of mammalian cells. The composition further includes a synthetic polymer conjugated to a polypeptide dissolved in the aqueous cell culture solution. The synthetic polymer conjugated to a polypeptide is configured to attach to the surface of a cell culture article under cell culture conditions. Incubation of the aqueous cell culture medium composition on a cell culture surface under cell culture conditions results is attachment to the surface of the synthetic polymer conjugated to the polypeptide.
Serum-free culture medium and preparation method and application therefor
Provided is a serum-free culture medium, the ingredients of the culture medium comprising 0.05-0.2 parts by volume of β-mercaptoethanol, 0.5-2 parts by volume of non-essential amino acid aqueous solution, 4-6 parts by volume of human mesenchymal stem cell culture supernatant concentrate, and 90-95 parts by volume of a-MEM/DMEM-F12 and recombinant human alkaline fibroblast growth factor of a final concentration of 5-5 ng/ml. The present culture medium is used for carrying out stem cell culture.
CHARACTERISTICS OF MEAT PRODUCTS
The present disclosure provides methods and compositions useful for the production of slaughter-free meat products, and the characterizations of the same. The slaughter-free meat products contain several points of distinction when compared to conventional meat procured by harvesting the tissue of a dead animal. Such points of distinction include, but are not limited to, significantly reduced or substantially no: steroid hormones, antibiotics, or microbial contamination; lower fat content; no vasculature; and extended shelf life both at room temperature and when refrigerated.
Serum-free culture medium for in vitro maturation of bovine oocytes and a method for culture of oocytes
A serum-free culture medium for in vitro maturation of bovine oocytes includes a Hepes-free M199 basal medium, fatty acid-free BSA, human menopausal gonadotrophin (HMG), 17β-estradiol, epidermal growth factor (EGF), L-cysteine, bFGF, Glutamax (100×), folic acid, cholic acid and CXCL12. A method of culturing bovine oocytes using such serum-free culture medium is provided.
METHODS FOR TREATING MYELOID MALIGNANCIES
The invention relates to methods of treating myeloid malignancies by administering compositions comprising Vδ1+T cells.
METHODS OF EXPANDING EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS IN A SUSPENSION CULTURE
A method of expanding and maintaining human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) in an undifferentiated state by culturing the ESCs in a suspension culture under culturing conditions devoid of substrate adherence is provided. Also provided are a method of deriving ESC lines in the suspension culture and methods of generating lineage-specific cells from ESCs which were expanded in the suspension culture of the present invention.
Production Method for Culture Supernatant Preparation
To provide a culture supernatant preparation which has excellent biocompatibility and contains a large quantity of specific genes or proteins. A method for producing the culture supernatant preparation including: a first culturing step of culturing cells to a confluent state using a first medium; a second culturing step of culturing the cells using a second medium that is different from the first medium after the first culturing step; and a culture supernatant preparation obtaining step of obtaining the culture supernatant preparation including the second medium after the second culturing step, the second medium including a calcium ion and a buffering agent.
CELL CULTURE MEDIUM FOR EUKARYOTIC CELLS
Cell culture media are provided herein as are methods of using the media for cell culture and protein production from cells.
